Jack! Please wear protective gear for your eyes when welding! You have to wear a welding helmet. When you grind metal wear a shield for your eyes ! You’re going to damage your eyes without any protection!!
I don’t think most people understand how much work and how difficult that is get it to fit that well

How cheap is labour that such enormous repairs are still economically viable? Unthinkable something like this could happen in germany or usa. Even smaller crashes render a car scrap, for example when the airbags deploy.

Dulu saya pernah bekerja sebagai " Denter " di sebuah perusahaan Toyota Abdulatif jameel co.ltd Saudi arabia 5 tahun. Cara restorasi mobil accident hampir spt itu hanya saja panel2 yg masih bisa di ketok tdk perlu diganti. Yang parah baru kita ganti new one...
My take on this procedure is that the markup on parts isn’t there so the cars aren’t totaled. Also their laws may allow them the luxury of putting a “totaled “ car back on the street without notification to the next owner. Nice work, but after 35 years in the body shop business I agree with most. Closing your eyes briefly to spot weld is NOT a good idea.

Fantastic work, brother. But one thing, please wear or handle a protective eye-wear when welding. You’re young, so your body will forgive you. But after a certain age, this very fact will render you to near blindness. I have an employee who used to handle works the same way how much ever we told him not to. Last year he had to undergo corrective surgery as his eyesight started fading. He’s just 43.

Некоторые детали можно было сделать, мне такая работа не интересно даже , он просто сложил новые детали и покрасил , как стену из кирпичов ,такой сложной работы не видно , например крышу и стойку порог сделать можно было вот уже это труд .
А зечем это делать? Так хоть детали новые!
@@leks585 просто там из шпаклёвки узоры делать, делать рихтовки ,мне более интереснее чем просто поменять деталь , у них все части кузова есть а у нас они не доступные ) что раньше было то потихоньку пропадают завоза нет
