  • Nice work guys,but you could have done a cut-and-shut on this vehicle.This would have been the most efficient,cheaper and easiest way to repair it.This involves a half section of another vehicle that had a frontal crash.There are various structual principles to adhere to. This saves cost of new panels, all that lining up and welding of panels. Have had great success doing some of these in England and New Zealand. Have heard of some horror stories of some cut and shuts not done properly. Has to be done structually correct. Just a thought.😊

    • Здравствуйте, такой ремонт занимает около недели. С разницей в цвете аэрозольной краски тоже сложно справиться. Со временем это будет выглядеть не так очевидно.

  • Good job. Slightly surprised you don't fix the car to the jig by clamps on the sills to stop it moving and twisting when the corner is pulled. Agree with other comments about eye protection - light activated welding helmets are not expensive.
