A lady from Arizona was just killed a few days ago in Africa while on Safari. She was in her 70s and had traveled the world. Her family had a huge party planned for her for July 2024 as well. So sad. RIP

When Fred Eichler killed his bear with a recurve. He was saying to the guide over and over again “don’t shoot my bear.” Don’t shoot my bear. When you book your hunt you should probably find out their routine with archery hunters.
In regards to the bears, I thought it was a cub running from an older male bear.

My father is a retired Dairy Farmer. He would always be buying different bulls for breeding cows. He had on bull that picked his tractor like that. It was a Case 1270 tractor.

Pro tip of the day. Don’t hunt things that will hunt you back. ………… unless that guy who shot that lion is there. Just make sure you are pushing the wheel barrow that his nuts go in. 😳

I’d have shit my pants with either the lion, cougar, or brown bear charging at me DROOLING. I’d probably be shaking so badly drawing my bow trying to aim at a brown bear or lion. I’d have emptied the magazine at that cougar. That thing was probably 10 ft away from that guy

I an only imagine the fear these guys must have faced. Just goes to show whenever you go deep into the woods you should carry a firearm or at the very least a large knife. It could save your life.

I had a scary cougar incident where I nearly shat myself. I had to shoot and kill it. This was back in 2007 mountain quail hunting on my own at Ice House Res in Northern California. It jumped at me from the side as it though I didn't see it. I was already with my 10mm pistol in my hand and shot it about 5 yards from me and it rolled right past me then doing death blows with its legs. I marked the GPS location. booked it out of there and called Fish & Game. It's scary when almost become the prey.

it blows my mind that people could be upset that you killed a bear with a spear. theres no way in hell taking a bear down with a spear can be seen as unfair for that bear lmao. i get that animals are cute and majestic etc but the cows theyre eating are killed in a less fair way and they have a less free life than a bear you harvest with a freaking spear. ppls emotions get the best of them and they dont think logically about their own hypocrisy of the food they eat. if you eat meat from a grocery store, you have absolutely no room to talk about someone that puts in all the work, money, and morality of harvesting a single animal at a time from its natural environment with primitive weapons. its the most humane way a person could ever survive and gives back more to the world than a vegan does any day llmao

Hunting lions and bears is just wrong. Protecting yourself fine but you shouldn’t even really be in that situation. Always hoping the Lions get the shooters unless they really didn’t provoke the situation

You should check out Cameron Hanes Bear hunt where it was wounded and they had to go in thick stuff after it.
