Sarah Bowmar’s is one of the most accomplished female bow hunters of all time. She incredibly accurate at an archer and truly amazing to watch. In this episode she hunts wild free ranging sable in the jungles of Tanzania. A truly incredible bow hunt you all will really enjoy

  • Holy cow, Sarah, that was one heck of a shot at 87yrds. There are grown men who couldn't hit that shot. Those animals are so strong. For you to be able to pull back on a 70lb bow is a testament to how hard you have worked to be prepared. Congratulations 🎉💪 👏👏👏

    • I agree, it’s funny how majority of others success inspires envy and excuses out of others rather than motivate hard work towards your own success. I give credit where credit is due. My life doesn’t suck so bad that others success stories make me mad. Watching others throughout the bow hunting community has driven me to go out and make my adventures reality. Shot my first bear, and first whitetail this year.

  • Amazing shot!! As perfect as the arrow was placed, the sable had about 0,6-0,7 seconds to react, i wouldn't consider that ethical. In my opinion a projectile 3,5 times slower than the speed of sound shouldn't be used on such distances. Im glad all went well. 😊

  • So I see one of the comments on here is saying it was an unethical shot, would you guys consider maybe explaining a bit more about how these animals differ from ones in North America? Or how the terrain affects your options? Cause I get that this was a long shot, literally, but I feel like there’s much we as the audience don’t know about bow hunting different species and different environments? Maybe I’m wrong though, maybe I’m the only one who doesn’t know and therefore that would be a waste of your time. Anyways, great shot and effort, day 10… way to stick it out until the end guys.

  • Way too far to shoot at a live animal. You need to take an ethics in hunting course.

    • You need to put the odds in your favor. With all the shrubbery present it would be hard to tell if a branch would be in the way of the flight path of the arrow ( even a very small twig hanging would deflect an arrow if hit). Also the movement of the animal if it moves it's head to remove a biting fly on it's underbelly and the vitals are then covered. So many variables that a hunter can't control.You should already be aware of these things that make it unethical. I was wondering where you call the line 100yards, 150 yards 200 yards?@@BowmarBowhunting
