Different days and locations spliced together to make a fake story. The best was their program about the migration of a zebra mare and foal which they also gave cheesy names. Their stripe pattern changed a million times over the course of the one hour program. Wake up.

  • Cheetahs are a relatively docile animal as far as big cats go. They are known to jump up on safari vans and individuals have been tamed by man for thousands of years, but not domesticated as a species. In modern zoos, keepers can be much more relaxed around the cheetahs than other predators.

  • From the looks of things these cheetahs were not hunting the baboons, they just happened to be in the same area and the baboons assumed they were being targeted. A pack of Baboons would never be considered as prey for cheetahs. A single baboon is several times stronger than a cheetah, and the cheetahs are aware of their might. If a baboon gets injured they can shrug it off and heal, they don’t have to hunt. If a cheetah is injured in any way then their ability to hunt (the only way they get food) is severely impaired. Even if a cheetah somehow killed a baboon, the cheetah would likely be injured so badly they would be out of commission and die of starvation. It just isn’t worth the risk to attack them.
