  • For those asking about price, the Alloy Elite RGB is on Amazon for $169.99. The K70 is $10 less but with far fewer features, and the K95 is $30 more for pretty much just macro keys.

  • I love your products hyperX but this looks kinda like my old k70 Corsair RGB keyboard. I prefer alloy FPS since it’s more the style of your keyboards. Just my opinion.

    • Good question Nora Nora ;) ! The wrist rest actually clips onto the keyboard and is held in place by small latches, but can be easily detached in a second.

    • I believe the Alloy Elite RGB version is also the only HyperX product compatible with the new NGenuity Software. According to the website, this means you can use it to program macros, customize game mode, and create your own lighting effects on your keyboard.

    • It's to turn on Game Mode. While Game Mode is on, the keyboard disables the Windows and Menu keys to prevent unwanted interruptions.

    • The comparable Corsair model would be the K95(at $200), based on all of the features this keyboard has over the K70.

    • Nah sorry this keyboard has no macro keys so I won't compare it to a K95, since the macro keys on the K95 make the keyboard much more useful than extra lighting features with this over the k70 rgb, though that said I wish corsair kept the version with 15 macro keys, which I was going to buy when I had the money.

    • There isn't firmware for the keyboard, check your drivers for the USB port and keyboard through the OS. Try plugging the keyboard into a different USB port, it sounds like it might also be a intermittent connection.
