  • I just bought the hyperx cloud alpha, its pretty good, but i think u guys said i has the dual chamber drivers then why i cant hear the enemy's footsteps in my game ??

    • There's the controller where you plug in the 3.5mm jack, which has the 7.1 button. Press it and it changes to surround sound. At least it's like that on the Cloud II.

  • Hi. I have to disconnect and reconnect my new HyperX Pulsefire FPS Pro once, sometimes up to four times to get it to work after each bootup until next reboot or startup. What is up with that? It's a wired gaming mouse. No other mouse that i have had have acted up this way.

    • If you have the Pulsefire FPS (not Pro), it was not designed to be compatible with NGenuity software. It's a plug-n-play mouse with 4 preset DPI settings. The Pulsefire FPS Pro is compatible with NGenuity and you can customize your DPI settings.

    • No, all our mice are designed with a 1000 hz polling rate and cannot be adjusted in NGenuity.

  • Честно, смотря всяких всякие игровые видео, отзывы видео блогеров об данном бренде, честно сказать, что сильно разочарован - ничего не сказать. мышь для своего качества сильно, ну оооочень сильно дорогая, самый главный ее недостаток, это покрытие, по бокам мышки имеются такие типа силиконовые вставки, которые как бы призваны наоборот , даже если потеют пальцы, в общем - не скользить, но! на деле это не так, после скольких-то минут активной игры ( я в танки) из-за этих вставок мышь начинается буквально выскальзывать из пальцев, соответственно данное напряжение в кисти руки, в ладони приводит к общему потению ладони, и поверхность остальная мышки, становится тоже от пота - скользкой, в итоге, резюмирую - мышь совершенно не стоит своих денег, ну вот вообще, из-за данного недостатка , она совершенного не играбильна, несмотря на свои другие положительные недостатки, честно сказать, вспомнил , что у меня осталась Х5 (или Х7) мышь, еще где-то , надо найти ее, эргономически не очень удобна, но покрытие гораздо лучш, шероховатое, результаты игры с ней были выше.... делайте выводы.
