Cleo, being a school teacher, recognized this immediately and knew it would be a bad idea to use that name, whereas Bdubs and Mumbo did not initially make the connection and were innocently enthusiastic about the name before Cleo reminded them.

I'm guessing (hoping?) that the Life series being unscripted (or less scripted at least), having a defined theme and an enforced narrative framing (in terms of sessions) makes them less work to put together than a regular Hermitcraft episode, but yeah, still very impressive.

I like how Mumbo could have easily avoided the "top of the roof" issue by giving the house an even width. The he could have just put two stairs there. That would also make it possible to make the doors actually usable without having to go into crawling mode or anything.

This was absolutely wonderful, thanks Mumbo! Also it really is crazy how aesthetically pleasing Pearl managed to make a small mound of grass & dirt look. I genuinely have never seen a better looking small mound of grass and dirt blocks since I started playing minecraft 13 years ago.

just got here after watching grian's episode and the similarity at the start with them both having pun related tasks and both having 8 logs total but 1 log didnt wanna stack with the other 7 is astounding
Everyone's been having weird stacking issues this season. I don't know if it's a bug with the update or with their data pack.
its probably due to them getting the secret task cause it happened to everyone during the animation
I have seen a few other POVs, and it's happened to the people who were collecting logs while they received their secret
