Will this 1938 dodge truck run after 50 plus years
This truck was used as a Rock Truck and used as a construction truck until it was parked and left abandoned 50 plus years ago
Will it run
Will it run after 30 years
Will it run after 81 years
love it i appreciate guys like this trying to get the classics back on the road again
Thank you I try to save all of them that I can
@@jenningsmotorsports7554 Hey buddy I got a 1946 ford Tudor been sitting under a shed next to a barn in Arkansas since the early 70s atleast. Anyway I'm buying and trading to get the car. You want to come get it running? It drove where it's at. It's a flathead V8 was told its the first year they put it in them cars. I have pics if u want.
@@danielmarkle8823 he has about 50 other cars
axactlt way beter then those aholes riping and cuttibg it to scrap to make it an driving washing machine
New cars suck anyways
That is absolutely great to see that old beauty spark into life again after 50 yrs, can't see any modern vehicle starting like that after so long..
actually my car runs perfectly fine after a thousand years of having it, smh.
No sir they can’t sit a year they never right again
I love seeing these old 30's cars and trucks going again. They sound awesome.
Whenever I watch these videos I find myself involuntarily smiling when you bring an engine back to life.
Always good to see an old machine live again.
I just discovered this channel and I already love it, It's good to see these old cars back up and running, even when they aren't in the best of shape.
My pops had one of these when I was growing up in the early 2000's, rebuilt the engine and got it running but ended up on the backburner and then sold. He was originally going to use it to haul his tractors to shows but age and injury caught up to him. Cool to see another one, that engine looks very clean compared to what we started with haha.
I love watching you bring these old cars back to life. Thanks for sharing.
I don't know what it is about these videos, but I find it fascinating you take these old engines and get them to run again. It is quite amazing to see and hear something so old come to life one more time. Kind of historic!
I totally agree
Great job restoring these old classics! These videos are so much fun to watch - thank you for sharing them! ❤
So impressive to see you bring those old motors back to life. Great work!!!
I love watching these come back to life.
Loved it.. I found myself remembering my dad and me working on our old stuff and suddenly I had tears again with that feel of success of a great fix.. Thank You and to my son for showing me your channel. Subbed
Warms my heart to see and hear flathead come back to life, something really special about that classic sound. Thanks dude.
You're a lot better than most on will it run vids , most folks can't run one from a squirt bottle .👍🏻
I like watching these videos before bed, because my 1950 Chevy sits in my carport right outside my bedroom window, and with the window open and a slight breeze I can smell all the old grease from 1966 that I haven't cleaned off and it really adds to the ambiance of the video
I'm not at all surprised that the engine started, but a starter motor without stuck brushes after so many years is impressive, most modern starters need at least a few "love taps" after not being used for a couple of years.
I bought a 1956 Farmall 130 tractor which had not run in years and was outside the whole time. The engine IS stuck but the I put a battery in it and the starter worked as if nothing had ever happened.
This is a cool old truck!!
WOW!! MY SON AND I LOVE THAT ENGINE AND WHEN IT CLEAN,, THE 2 HORNS WE BET THERE LOUD AND COOOL .. THE CRICKETS ARE COOL TO LISTEN TO IN THE WOODS..WHAT A GREAT SOUND WHEN IT STARTED .. LETS SEE PART 2 .... THANKS..
I have no idea what i'm seeing but i do love this guy's voice and attitude. And really like the whole process of reviving that truck. Cheers
Lindo caminhão! Parabéns pela paciência! Espero que volte a estrada!
Awesome! I have a 48 Dodge on the farm with a tree growing through it, I may tackle that one day.
I've been around vehicles for over 40 yrs would never think for a moment she would never start. Most would never give her a chance and to see you brought her back that's amazing.
Yeah this guy's got more gusto than me lol
It seems that the older stuff was built a hell of a lot better than modern stuff is
I love the sound of that old engine.
Thanks for posting tht was cool. Like to see the video of it driving again.
"She wants to be back on the road" another cool will it run vid! This thing would look so cool going down the road again! I like your tip about usually using a can of PB on an engine. I'd sure like to see this one going down the road again.
Amazing collection. I especially like the Whites Cutter!
Your an amazing young man with great skills. Keep up the awesome work ❤ Glad to see it start so easily for so long.
Great video, but the best part is the crickets in the background. The downside is I didn’t see a ice house sitting on the fender. But there was a lot fun going on and a lot of anticipation , a great combination for a great day. Nursing it back to life , you got to love it.
I Love The Variety Of Vehicles You Are Working On & How You Keep Trying To Bring A Older Vehicle Back To Life
Love your videos bro.
Thank you
I'm lovin it. Thank you for all your hard work and for posting.
I just started following you on tic tock and now on KZhead, I think the time you spend on these old vehicles is great and well deserved. People probably don’t understand how well they are built. You sound like you are from the south, the vehicles from the north where I’m from don’t live as long but I appreciate what you do!!
Glad to see you getting monetized man!! It’s pretty cool to see the KZhead car scene growing
Beautiful to watch ❤
Killer! Now it needs buttoned up with cooling system so that it can run longer.
I will get that done and it needs u joints it would have drove but the rear one broke
there is one just like this a mile from my house. the guy owns a storage shed complex and has hundreds of gas and oil signs on posts, cars, a half track, a 1920's funeral coach, wagons, a big boy, and a kit p51 mustang. its super cool
Just awesome, It's amazing how much those old trucks could haul with that little engine ,and that truck is just a piece of folk art in itself .
I love hearing the spring peepers. They just started up here in my part of north central Pennsylvania.
Nice revival, can't wait to see it driving again, thanks for sharing 👍💨💨

This guy sees hope without evidence of hope, he is optimistic in apparent craziness, dude could write a book on motivation, but love the sage, wise , clever, innovative , goal orientation! Amazing!

My 1940 Plymouth has almost the same engine. The distributors don't like moisture! But easily fixed! I absolutely love the truck!

Awesome job brother. Keep those reviving vids coming! 👍💪
Acetone will degrease but vinegar eats the rust away.
Thank you for the advice

Love the videos. Keep them coming!
I love watching these. Thanks for sharing! What do you end up doing with all the "will it run" cars? Do they just idle for a moment and sit some more, or do you find buyers for them, or part 'em out, or restore them yourself?
That was a great one man, really cool truck 😎
Hearing that old engine run once again is like a trip back in time.
brilliant. great to see a grandmaster at work
This is another fun one. Love these Videos!

Ideal candidate for a light resto mod!
What you accomplish is amazing! Love to see a little more detail in longer videos! Like different camera angles when it starts to show crap and smoke out the back. Ps. Want to see the challenger going!
