Love this! - coming from an avid crossfitter. Also, this is a dope gym! Is this your personal home gym?? Also my man - you gotta dial in that clean/snatch form! You're a strong dude - you could easily be pushing more weight than that with better form which would also help you really work on building up that power and explosivness.
Loved this one, much harder than it looks!
What does the rest of your lifestyle look like after you’re done working out?
I leave right away for work until late evening. This workout starts around 8. Warmup starts around 7:30. I wake up at 5:45 and go to bed by 10

Good lord those are some of the worst pull ups ive seen in a while lmao . Just go to K Boges channel and see/learn what a real pull up with good form and full back musculature engagement looks like instead of these horrendous reps
I am not a pullup guy. It is easier for me to jump on a bar rather than pull myself .
I had to check your channel ; zero training videos ..and yet you are here criticising his very good form
