  • 4k to 200k. Sean G is almost at 100k. I still remember that 500 pushup workout you guys did back in 2019.

  • At 42, I'm more interested in longevity and endurance than ever before. I'm trying to improve my VO2 Max and beacuse I've quit alcohol (nothing this year which is huge for me), I've been able to stick to a running plan with consistency, and I am dipping back into your routines again Art to compliment my hybrid workout approach. From a calesthenics perspective, there really isn't anything else I need than your workouts. Thank you for everything you do.

    @_.alex.-@_.alex.-Ай бұрын
    • I'm 41. Beat real alcohol dependance. I still do a few routines of these a week. Feet felt broken for a few months at the beginning but I powered through it. I still know beating alcohol was 10x harder than a few hard burpee workouts.

  • Thank you for the upload Brother! Ascertain that you are moving your shoulder in & through EVERY angle of orientation: building upto incorporating LIGHT weights for some movements. You will need to incorporate BOUNCE movements in some exercises either as stand alone or as pre or post fatigue ONCE you are stronger in the shoulder, but to get there just do sets of 10-50 bounces e.g. bottom position of press-up only moving 2-4cm up & down per bounce. You need isometric holds both yielding & unyielding to build connective tissue strength. You can do your own research on this I am sure you have: also you are friends with an armed forces surgeon right but I assume you have the best physical therapist being an active duty Marine. Thank you Brother! Peace & Love!

  • You are truly a great man. I have a question, my friend: Is continuous exercise without rest harmful?

    @marei_-bv1lj@marei_-bv1ljАй бұрын
    • It can be. There's no one size fits all answer to this, but as a general rule: listen to your body and be smart. Also, if you train without resting days, you can't train everyday at the same high intensity, you must go from hard, to light to medium intensity days if you choose to train without rest. Also, how well you can sleep and how good is your nutrition heavily influence how frequently you can train.

  • SALUTE ! Yes I've trained today, I saw this, were doing this in a few hours. I joined the wolfpack a little before that pandemic. This training is everything and more. Guys at my gym over the years look like shit, aren't healthy & stare at me like I have some genetic thing they don't. When are these fools gonna start doing the training?!? Its hiding in plain sight but they just don't have the heart to start. Anyways THANK YOU! This shit has taken me to a level I'm humbled by.
