Its time to get ready for the summer. All year working from home fat just built up on me like crazy. I will start with these 10-30 minute workouts. Also I found really nice meal plan at Next Level Diet. I hope this combo will get me in a shape. Wish me luck
It will. Eat one big dinner not 3. Then calorie in take is not over 2000 the body burns rest and you can eat amything but allways vegatables. They prevent strokes and heart attacks

Dont eat lot egga cheeze. And two much protien. Like fat milk. Its myth eat 3 big dinners. Eat salad for lunch. Or. Chicken sandwich. Orinential noodle is no calories. Have one dinner. I skip breakfast. Why? Less calorie in take when body gets 2000 calories not over. It stops storen it starts burnen its own calories. Then you can eat anything. Just keep cloresterol down. Not all cheeze. Millk. Vegatables is key.
