Dude day 12 of my own work out I lose about 10 pounds and I already got the pack just not the like abs in the pack if you know what I mean
Jus do 50 sit ups then get Two 5 pound wait and slowly lift and then go back to doing sit ups another 50 then do that until you have done 150-200 sit ups and don’t eat a ton of food just like two meals a day and get a lot of sleep and you will have abs in about 1-2 months

This helps get abs and loose weight I’ve been doing it fri four weeks along with many more intense work out but if your going for abs do this and diet I did this and other stuff for four weeks and ate tons of junk food first week lost 10lbs
