Day-7 changing very fast highly recommended exercise for everyone, and yeh IAM doing other exercises as well like, pushups, and incline pushups, and yeh my chest is changing very fast. Be patient and do all exercise including pushups then see in 10 to 14 days and eat healthy like veg, and u can also eat non veg like burgers,pizza, but in limit. So yeh and also I do this exercise 2 to 3 times in a day so I guess that's why my chest is changing very fast. So yeh this is my update, and also guys IMA 14 years old.

I did this exercise along with 15 push-ups every day and a 20 mins cardio 3 times a week. I lost 6cm of chest size after 2 weeks!

@@T-REXBGMI For Cardio, you should go for Intense Cardio x Hiit as it helps burning fat much quicker, i recommend you to look on Oliver Sjostrom's page. For Push ups, i did Decline Push-ups, which our wrist position is below the lower part of our chest, if you want clear guide check "Say Bye To Man Boob" video from BeerBiceps. Hello Kings, I started this workout today and I'll keep posting for next 7 days. My chest already have very less amount of fat. According to thumbnail it's lesser than "day 5". But I want a flatter chest so I am doing this workout. Day 1 : Feels like good stretching.

I love how the video was formatted : very clean minimalist view ( optimal). While being born female I’m reducing chest fat for my personal health. I love the narration - straight to the point . I am not in great shape due to mobility disability : I will not bring myself to use medical devices that drs give me- ( canes, walker’s etc)., I will do the exercises that I feel safe doing . Ty! Just found these two videos i enjoy them both. Takes 7 minutes. Im 69 yr old male. I started going to the Y under there Silver Sneakers free bee. Im down right at 40#s. Patience is a virtue. These 2 videos are great for home use. Im adding to my workouts. My goal is another 35#s Appreciate it

I think this would be great to incorporate these stretches before & between finishing your weight lifting set's, it'll warm up & stretch your mussels & therefore limiting the risk of injuries or tears, also helps promote growth & blood flow to those targeted area's for maximum impact & effect. I almost forgot about how important stretches are, as I'm about to get back into the gym again, very informative & I'll be using them, thanks.

@@K_D_SHORTS007It can't. You can't target a specific part of the body to lose fat, you'll just end up losing the same amount everywhere. Also losing a noticeable amount of fat takes longer than a week, probably a month or two at the very least.
If you’re getting back in to the gym, make sure you know how to spell muscles…

@@surya20001he probs did it and lost alot of fat by doing it daily and patient then gained enough confidence to the try other stuff that helped alot more what I'm doing I started today basically I'm fasting 7 days only water no food and exercising everyday then I'm try not to eat for 2 weeks I did 11 days but I just ate something so I'm restarting but with exercise that way I'm losing weight from 1 week no food because the body burns the fat and glycogen for energy when ir fasting and also doing exercises to help speed up the process and drinking lots of water
@@badjs4468 This is very risky as without the proper nutrients, your body may not be able to function properly: especially during exercise. It's not a good idea to fast for long periods of time. I know that it appears that way, but in the long term, you are training your body to hold onto fat better encase you starve again.

In order to get rid of the fat deposits on your chest you must lose weight by cutting out bread and sugar of any kind. Isolated exercises will only tone the muscles underneath the fat while making the moobs look bigger.

I’m pretty sure building the muscles at the chest will result in it tightening and appearing smaller. The fat will mostly still be there, it just won’t look as big. Ofc at some point the muscles will make the chest look big, but hey, it’s not fat making it look big 🤷🏼♀️

I have renal failure and am in dialysis. I also have heart disease & a pace maker. These workouts are too hard for me. But I really want to get in better shape. I'm gonna try a shorter version of each workout and quit when I cant do any more.

I'm a short skinny dude, when I'm at work after putting the work uniform ppl kept on starting at my chest because I got men boobs. Starting from today, I'm gonna start eating vegetables and drink tea, green tea, or water only, maybe a few other recommended healthy foods. I'm gonna do this exercise every day, then go for at least 1 hr walk or run. I'm gonna get a gym membership and hit it every 2 days at least.
do 1h walk first than do the exercise. always cardio first to get the blood flowing.

Day 1: not much of a change still quite the same Day 2: still not that much Day 3: a tiny bit of fat loss happening Day 4: lost a little more fat then day 3 Day 5: lost quite a lot in total so far looking nice Day 6: can definitely tell a difference of loss of chest fat Day 7: my chest is way better and barely any fat at all Try this exercise at home its worth it!!
