@@TiJacQc18 Birds that lay eggs in sand near riverbanks eventually move into croc territory. Crocs don't eat the birds. They can escape too easily and aren't worth much XP. Birds can't kill crocs. The cooperation isn't organized, it is haphazard. No evolution actually happened to make them team up, they just mesh well by chance.

Buphido possible or he unlocked the spin ability and has mastered it but the dizzy effect was added as a nerf
Sadly none of us croc mains will reach the skill of Gustave...
I think he died of old age.
Fr, Gustave managed to get his level up to level 78 which made it so he unlocked a rare ability that no other predator main thought was possible. The ability to hunt an adult stage hippo which is unheard of because of their high defense and health along with the fact that he is resistant to the intimidation perk and we know this is true because if you spectated the server that he was on you could see how the hippo mains decided to stand their ground against him instead of charging like they would've done with any other croc player because they don't want to be sent back to the character maker menu.
Legendary player. Noobmaster69 got nothing on Gustave.
a truly legendary player. A nile crocodile reaching the sizes of saltwater crocodiles is already insane, but then the players that he managed to hunt were even more of a mindblowing feat. Truly, the greatest Nile crocodile on the current leaderboard.
Yeah, and as a person who mostly mains tiger, I'll never be able to reach that anonymous one who got around 400 straight kills. She's a true legend
ONE OF THE BEST THINGS ABOUT THE CROCS IS THAT THEIR AFK STRAT IS INSANELY EASY. Crocs never fully sleep, instead allowing half of their brain to rest at a given time giving them the ability to afk and camp the resource even harder. Another thing is that crocs can possess the black dot trait which gives them an insane amount of sensitivity on the lower jaw. They can feel vibrations in the water, temperature differences and the difference between different textures. This sensitivity is 10x the sensitivity of the human finger and the crocs detection is increased greatly, making it impossible to sneak up on a croc in the water
i like how even animals make mistakes, that crocodile really did try to grab an elephant
That Elephant, was like, "OH! HELL NAH!"
It also seemed from the clips that if agitated, hippos have a good match up. Massive, group, and teeth. One even helped a wildebeest. Make friends with hippo npcs in croc territory
Fred Smith therein lies the issue. Hippos have a terrible temperament and can easily crush the shit outta you too if you get on their bad side or rub em the wrong way.
I think the only crocodile that can do that is the saltwater

"...apply to both crocodiles and alligators" Caimans and Gharials: I see how it is
True on the specialized gharial, but caimans are members of the same subgroup as alligators and mostly work the same way.
Finally, someone with my same mindset. But honestly, the Mugger is the better Indian Croc.
@@Ryodraco Yeah, Gharials honestly don't really have the same playstyle really; they're more focused on aquatic PvP instead of the whole "Ambush terrestrial builds" thing. They spec into some similar stuff because they tend to need similar mobility traits, but I don't think most of the advice here really applies to them.
Caimans are very closely related to alligators, just in a lower weight class (though not by much). Everything in this vid can apply to a caiman. Gharials tho... tbh it's not surprising that they're endangered.

Little correction though. The demise of the Rauisuchians and Pseudosuchians against the Dinosaurs during the triassic was not due to low mobility stats, in fact those archosaur builds really just lost during the Triassic-Jurassic balance patch due to a very peculiar bonus ability the dinosaurs had: which was being equipped with special airsacs giving them the ability to fully exploit the oxygen ressource which was shrunk in orb size during the balance patch. Against what was said in the WWD Let's Play, Rauisuchians like Postosuchus as well as Pesudosuchians and Sauropodomorphs were actually pretty hard to distinguish from dinosaurs that lived during the same time. They were just as nimble and mobile as Coelophysis or Herrerasaurus Builds

Yeah, that's insanity. Imagine trying to do that as a human. You can get what, 1/5, maybe 1/4 of your body length out of the water? How much more thrust would you need? 25 times? More?
I feel like we need to talk about how hippos are perfect counters to the croc build. They're too massive for the croc to use their death roll ability, and the piercing/crushing damage from the hippo's bite attack is absolutely destructive, even against the croc's natural armor. Plus they tend to work in herds, meaning an attempt against one of them leads to the whole party absolutely destroying you.
Jason Berryman the power creep of the crocodile build is starting to really get on my nerves. Us herbivore mains haven’t gotten any buffs!
it even goes up to the point hippo mains ignore the crocs entirely, vice versa and just coexist in the same area
Hippos have recently entered the South American server and given enough time, may dominate it completely.
Dude I know the feeling I can’t even 1v1 a fresh spawn having a 25 year old croc build.
@@21Arrozito Well, I feel like there's a lot of dangers in the South American servers that hippos aren't prepared for. For example, jaguars and their incredible bite force. Hippos are completely equipped for a ground-up assault like a croc attacking from the water. But jaguars can take the high ground to gain access to the neck, which is an obvious critical hit area. Now, this alone might not be too much for a hippo to handle, especially considering their experience with lions in the African server. However, once you take into consideration the fact that jaguars usually stealth right above their targets, they might be able to one-shot a hippo before they even realize what's happening.
This is such a amazing video idea, I'll definitely keep watching. Its also fun education!
7:36 OMG A DARKEST DUNGEON REFERENCE no way. Best tier list content creator out there, and as a fellow crocodilian main, I agree with Crocodile's overpowered state, and I actually think it's time for a nerf to their insane presence in the resource camping meta, perhaps giving Death Roll a cooldown of a few hours would create counterplay, where if the Crocodile fails to grapple a target and uses a certain amount of stamina in doing so (probably around 40%) Death Roll is put on cooldown, first this would make crocodilian players have to think more about their matchup against their targets, and would possibly create new forms of strategies via croc players investing their INSANE stockpile of evolution points into developing a new skill (you know, since crocs haven't changed since much before the dinosaurs :D)

I actually thought "hmm, might wanna try this style in game next time I play" before remembering that I'm not a crocodile and this isn't a game anybody can actually play.
same
Buddhist disagree
I Wish it was, Tilting people by Ambushing from the water would be fun
There is a roblox game called wild savannah, dunno if reworked croc is added tho, too focused napping and playing beasts of bermuda Oh yeah, The Isle is adding Deinosuchus, a croc, dunno when aswell :'D

6:45 Ayo that's equal parts amazing, graceful, and terrifying. Imagine climbing out the water to get away and it's jus like "You're within my jump range"
Me and the boys usually have trouble capturing prey, I really appreciate the tactics you've showed me I will totally share this with the homies
crocodiles are basically like shotguns: They do single hit massive damage, they can be interrupted and are both best for camping play style
No, crocs are more like a noose. They only really work when used as a trap, have an incredibel grab and will kill you for sure if given enough time but are vulnerable to being interupted.
Unless we’re talking about rapid fire shotguns
Wait until. You discover autoshotgun
@Derp Inshmurtz if one grabbed you all you could do is see if you could beat the record for how many time someone stabs a croc with their bowie knife before they get rolled to death... the current record is twelve lol
@Derp Inshmurtz uhhh... unless you know what you are doing, its possible to move a flap in their mouth so they drown
Death roll: if it ain’t broke don’t fix it
@Large Idiot Child It has counters, unlike the "emit carbon dioxide" human ability
@@followthelucario4388 human get nerfed wanted A.I and global warming dlc is cancelled
But the death roll was designed to brake things, don't underestimate it's viability!
@@followthelucario4388 I don't have amazing knowledge about the anatomy of builds but don't cows have a "emit carbon dioxide" ability too.
@@jonahpalomo1713 Just about every build does tbh.I've heard that humans carbon emission rate is supposed to be getting nerfed in the rumored "nuclear power" expansion though they've been delaying that one for so long who even knows when it's coming out at this point.
unexpectedly great content here, love it
i love the realms of arcadia bits in your videos, thats so old school :3 more gamer isnt possible
Tier zoo in 5 years... “Was the covid nerf on humans OP”
“Let’s see how this nerf affected the human player base.”
Not really
Humans too OP nerf them :/
like I hate how we have to get arid of an armor slot so we can acctualy go outside without geting banned by the covid
covid nerf is targeted for human with low int stat, so the other players can get a better experience at the game without toxic players

My Username orcas are dolphins
How op you think sharks would be if they hunted in packs
waffle kitten they do
one of my favorite build is the stick bug instead of investing in wings like the dragon fly stick bugs have one of the best climbing ability and have a fast egg cycle
Thanks man, this helped a lot
