Ayy man listen today I decided to get a bit personal and talk about some UFC primes/runs that I was watching as they happened that I miss and took for granted in that moment including legends like Alexander Volkanovski, Max Holloway, Conor McGregor, Kamaru Usman, Colby Covington, Cody Garbrandt, Figueiredo and many more from my time watching the sport.     • @@karljonson3287 yeah pretty much, I just think people do it to McGregor so much because they’re subconsciously annoyed with how great he used to be and how much of a celebrity he became just by being a brash asshole and actually backing it up in the cage (which again, I know you can say for any fighter, but he was just so big that it’s a little different). But he was one of the biggest names in sports in his day, which was unheard of for an mma fighter at that time.

    • I wish KZhead would improve so that type of content can flourish on this platform because it's such creative shit and fair use should cover a lot of things of that nature that are well edited and made into quality content. Same goes for true crime content and UFC content. KZhead is out of control with their dysfunctional copyright system. If they can improve that, their platform would actually have no competition.

Fight 2 he had a bad weight cut and 4 he post via eye Injury which is pretty fluky. But not discrediting Moreno, he's an amazing fighter, but in my opinion Figgy is better head to head and he factually has a better record

  • take me back to usmans prime man, that 2020-2022 usman era was so underrated and one of my favourite primes of all time. the buildup to the second covington fight and the buildup to the leon rematch were one of my favourite buildups ever. was such an active champ as well, champs nowadays need to take a page out of usmans book, especially leon that man is a good fighter but man is he inactive.

  • I have the honor of being there in person for Volk vs Ortega.. I’ve been to a few UFC events now n never had the crowd been more louder and invested in the fight.. the ooohs the ahhhs as yeaaaahhhhhs! Were so loud.. was going for Ortega but that fight got me rooting for Volk since then.

  • What people don’t know aswell about Garbrandt that was TRULY SPECIAL in his career was that his KO on Thomas Almeida was one of the most underrated fraud checks in UFC history. 2016 was Almeida “Road to dominance” in the bantamweight division and people were talking about him being the future. Garbrandt single handedly took that away from him.
