It is obvious even from the title that the construction numbered 0146 is made for the cleaning of the elements. We have to admit that a space for washing and cleaning the elements is essential in various professions.

  • Hello Everyone! This time we changed the style of the video and we want your feedback! After all, the important thing for us is for you to enjoy our videos! Please watch the video and leave your comment. Thank you! What changed? 1. Lower volume background music 2. No transitions 3. Real time viewing (except some scenes on a lathe)

    • I liked the previous style it was more stylish with the transitions and louder background music but I also don't mind this style. This style feels more realistic and raw. I would say that the lathe volume was a bit too loud at some occasions.

  • Two things you're going to have issues with: 1: It appears you're using a fuel pump as your liquid pump here. If so, part of how a fuel pump exists is by it being submerged to provide cooling. Without it, you'll burn through these pumps. 2: You put your power supply in a closed box. These require air flow in order not to overheat. I know you're trying to get these out of the way of the liquid, but still, you've got to have something there or it's going to burn up. Other than that, this is a great build.

  • I much prefer this style. Far more focus on actual building and fabrication, and music isn't distracting, but background fill. Building these tools and machinery is what got me interested in your channel to begin with. Well done.

As usual, the creation is crazy and this format makes crafting seem more accessible for novices so well done, keep it up

  • Personally, I prefer hearing, seeing, and listening to the tools/machinery doing their thing-I can listen to a radio whenever I want to. Your ideas/designs and final builds are great-they're also a means to learn. What I am tired of are all the negative Nancy's in the comments-just ignore em' keep building. 👍 God bless.

  • Grab a .99 cent sink screen for the drain. It will catch larger debris, keeping your fluid cleaner.... and may be handy if you drop a small part inadvertently.. Great build

  • I hope it is not a gasoline fuel pump. This pump has not hermetic motor, but everything - brushes, commutator, winding and bearings are submerged in gasoline which is not conductive. If you fill it by water, electrolysis from DC current eat its internals very quickly.

  • I made a similar washer using a truck fuel pump a few years ago. The mild washing solution and debris quickly destroyed the pump. I even had the pump suspended and surrounded for protection. I hope your lasts longer! Take care.

  • Nice project, u must fully protect the belt, and the logo make it extrem prevent u from good vision, I think the pump must be submerged for best colling as used in fuel tank.

  • On channels like this, where they often go for pretty ambitious projects, I always wonder what projects we DON'T end up seeing? I'm thinking about stuff where they get half way through and realise there's a major design flaw so have to start from scratch, or get it finished and find that it doesn't really work properly. I'm guessing there must be at least a couple where the raw footage is just sitting there on the (Probably green) "Make it Extream" video editing computer. It could be interesting to prepare a "They can't all work" type video of them, just as something to release if the main project overruns seriously and there's nothing else ready to upload at the time.

  • Awesome work.. apart from the pump you used. They are fuel only, as the liquid runs through the pump electrical and the rotor. It will probably die very quickly with water based cleaners. You will also need a much better filter for those kinds of pumps too, as they use ceramic plates to pump the liquid with very very close tolerances to get the pressure for an EFI system, and they do not like grit. I would advise getting a low tolerance centrifugal pump, it wont care about the solution you use, and wont care about dirty fluid. As well your spray nozzle might get blocked without a semi decent filter.
