Making Electric Roller Bender

The bending machine is adapted to my needs. To make the bending rollers, I used sliding gate roller that I once bought with the intention of building a mini wood sawmill but plans changed and I decided to use the rollers in this project. The electric gear motor 0,55KW I used is too fast to drive such a bending machine, so I had to use an inverter to reduce the speed. The bender worked very well, bending evenly and precisely, without deforming the pipes.
This project was made with this welding machine SSimder SD-4050Pro, Link to the welding machine :

If you purchase SD-4050 Pro (2024) during the anniversary event, you can upgrade the welding gun and ground clamp for free and receive free gifts.
In this video, I used a 3D printer for the first time. Despite my concerns about using this type of devices, it turned out that this 3D printer is easy to use and works perfectly in the work I do.
The 3D printer Elegoo Neptune 4 Max was provided to me by the Geekbuying store, link to 3d printer.

  • This is the best kind of video. It clearly shows every step, but not for too long. The best part is that the sound is even and balanced and there is no annoying music. Well done!

  • I like it. The only thing I would change is the round stock which holds the other dies. Cut them off and thread them and mill out a flat spot to install them. Using your lathe you can make a design on the ends and round them over. Knurl them if you want. To make it fancy. For an additional project you could make a mag drill stand for a hand drill that can put things in at an angle. Degrees less than 45 degrees or less. While the list of times one might use it is short its still a one off tool for that one projects you need. Now you have video idea and as far as I know it would be a one of a kind tool.

I'd like your videos even more if they were more detailed/longer re: what it took to build this, but that's jmo. Looking forward to seeing this being used in future videos. God bless.
