Making Universal Hydraulic Lift Table for ATV/Motorcycles
I've always had trouble lifting motorcycles and quads to conveniently repair them. That's why I decided to make a hydraulic workshop lift. I wanted the lift to be universal, so that it could lift motorcycles, but also quads, lawn tractors and other vehicles that weigh no more than 1000 kg. I powered the lift with a hydraulic pump powered by compressed air, the pump does not lift very quickly, but it doesn't bother me.

you really got my attention when I saw the moor jig borer # 1 1/2 and then saw your in Poland. I ran a Moore #3 Jig grinder for 30 years. I was very impressed to see you using it what would be considered a home shop. Keep up the good work. I live in Anchorage, Alaska, USA, but did all my gig grinding in Chicago Illinois.
I don't have a bike, but I really like your lift. It's versatile, and strong enough to handle anything. Thanks for sharing.
I love how you build things from scratch that I couldn't even build with a kit, a video manual, and a helper.
Thank you 😁 But I think you overestimate my skills, I'm sure you can handle it just like me or even better 😃
Great video. Soon you will add a trap door to ease in rear wheel removal, and a scissor lift for raising the rear wheel off the platform. Excellent build. Great showcase for the step drill! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you 😁
I made one of these ,out of 2x2 timber and ply cut out for dropping rear wheel out and a jack and point of leverage ,really gave me something to think about too .3 years strong and the hillbilly make up has save me thousands in repair costs and the 800 quid to buy one too.even i was amazed when it lifted a pan European ,although i tend to prop it at the front for heaver bikes
Od samego rana czekałem aż ktoś doda jakiś filmik. Dziękuję za miło spędzony czas i szczęśliwego nowego roku.
Dziękuję 😁 Również życzę Szczęśliwego Nowego Roku 😀 Pozdrawiam
Fantastic project, always enjoy watching your builds
Thank you 😁
OMG, I love that bandsaw. I need this in my life. Love the video and your skillset. You are very gifted!
Thank you 😁 This bandsaw model was my dream, but unfortunately this saw is not without flaws, or I came across such a model
You are obviously a master fabricator. Great video and I will be purchasing your plans.
Nice lift! The fact it's universal makes it even better
Thank you 😁
Nice job I'm really impressed how sturdy it is
Thank you 😁
Great respect for making such a table, I have been thinking about making such a table for myself, and WoW, such a table, you inspire me
Thank you 😁
That's professional equipment.
Excellent build brother!!!
Thank you 😁
Thanks for another great video-the build/design/editing is spot on and as always, worthy of more 👍 than I can give it. Also, thanks for an amazing 2023. A year of new designs/builds [and humor] that we've all enjoyed. Looking forward to what you have for us in 2024. Happy New Year. *God bless.*
Thank you 😁 I also wish you a Happy New Year 😀 Regards 😀
Looks like thats going to serve you for a good while!
Great build! That things would be good enough to lift a Honda Goldwing... I really like the side extensions for the trike and the quad! Thx for showing and Happy New Year! 👍👍👍
Thank you😁 I also wish you a Happy New Year 😀
That is slick you need a set of half extension so you don’t have to reach so far to get to the engine on the trike great job
Another excellent video and excellent job. As always off the freakin hook awesome fabrication.
Yep, you did it again. Another great video. Thanks for sharing.
Help full video
Well done! Happy New Year!
Thank you 😁 I wish You a happy New Year too 😃
Brilliant work, dude! Really fantastic design!!! 😃 I hope you had a great Christmas! Happy new year! And stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

Thank you 😁
Success! Happy new year!
Thank you 😁 I also wish you a Happy New Year 😀
👍💪 Szczęśliwego nowego roku!!
Dziękuję 😁 Ja również życzę Szczęśliwego Nowego Roku 😀 Pozdrawiam 😀
Class 👍 love the trike 👍
Thank you 😁
Great demonstration intro why you needed to make the lift. I was like what the flippers? This guy is not serious....the bike will be a see-saw on that airbag jack how's it even going to stand by itself, but then i realized the story behind it all😂😂😂😂
Thank you 😁
When I seen him drag that airbag lift out I was like. “Man that’s a sweet idea. I need one of them”. I changed my mind
Yeah dammit I got one why?? I’ll be selling it soon lol
@@MrCarmelo1959 lol. Might be pretty cool on sonthing with 4 wheels. I’d still like to have one. No clue why but seems like a thing I’d have lol
Guy throws his bike on the ground on purpose like any of those "I've got a better idea" ads, and you take it seriously? I almost stopped watching right there, but hoped he just had a few extra body labels to waste. No excuse to break stuff for "content" but also not a rare bike. Now, if it was a Hardly, he'd have earned a like and a sub!
@@paradoxworkshop4659 it’s a dime a dozen old worn out Suzuki.
@@Scummy_shovel having watched some of the other videos, I'm glad he doesn't do that old trope often. I still thought it was dumb. But I like his process. I work from drawings and specs, though, so I wish there were more dimensional details.
Very nice job bud 😁😁🤘🤘
Thank you 😁
Have you any roughly dimensioned drawing for this please? Great bit of kit
Creative video, thanks :)
Awesome again. Bro
Thank you 😁
I want one of those motorcycle flipper-overers.
Slick build!!!
Thanks 😁
@@WorkshopFromScratch Got me to sub with the first video I watched lol
Nice Moore jig bore . I have a sip and a newall👍
Thank you 😁
Awesome!.....As always!!
Thank you 😁

Thank you 😁 I also wish you a Happy New Year 😀
Cool build can I ask how long build took you Its a great looking bike lift 👍👍👍🏴🦕🦄😁🤞✌️
!!!!!Wow it,s amazing what ya can make for us to enjoy and make for our self,s and not costing arm and leg to build it ya produce skill builds thks for sharing your project with us ya got this signed up for adventure and l got front seats is ther plan,s for this build for us or we just keep turning bk the video? From Canada 🇨🇦 Sk keep it up be waiting for more to come😊
Thank you. The plans in this video are available to supporters, no matter what level of support you choose, you can download all the projects I managed to share :)
@@WorkshopFromScratch thanks much for sharing l,m from Canada 🇨🇦 Sk keep you posted on this it is needed so much carry on
This is a great idea and yours turned out great. Did you make your own plans for this lift or did you purchase them? Are they for sale? Thanks for sharing.
I couldn't buy the metal to build this. I know it's all about doing it yourself and the satisfaction of it. But here in the USA, I can but a motorcycle lift and modify it for half the cost of the metal. Sad but true.
Bro, you can install your smart work in India, India looking for such talent
Looks good! HNY
now how you going to raise the bike wheels of the stand and clamp?
should have put a frame lift in there also, to supoort the bike when the forks are off, of it, or to lift a engine into place, but other than that, always great work
Great build!!! Excellent!! Where can I see the plans?
Thank you 😁 Plans are available to channel supporters and on Patreon 😃
Congratulations, excellent work. Is a project available?
Thank you 😁 Tomorrow I will be available to supporters and on Patreon 😁
Really nice fab work. Did you have plans or just built it from your imagination?
So cool!
Nice video
Rất kỹ thuật bạn ơi! Tay nghề giỏi quá ❤❤🚸🔔😍❤️
Beautiful job sir wish I had your talent
Elegancki podnośnik. Jeśli można wiedzieć jaki był koszt w samym materiale. Pozdrawiam
Dziękuję 😁 Szczerze mówiąc jeszcze nie liczyłem ale bez siłownika i pompy to napewno mniej więcej 1000zł
This is one of the best DIY lifts I've seen. Do you sell the plans?
Thank you 😁 The plans are available to channel supporters and on Patreon, regardless of the support level, there is access to all plans :)
You should add a hatch in the floor of the lift so you can change rear wheel without lifting the bike too high. Just remove the hatch and the wheel have somewhere to go.
That intro though lol
TOP 😊
Wonderful work as usual. Where do you store all these creations?
Thank you 😁 I have all my projects in the second garage, but I'm running out of space
Nadawało by sie tak pod auto ? Super robota. Pozdrawiam
Trzeba by było powzmacniać, wymienić kółka bo te napewno by takiego ciężaru nie wytrzymały, dać jeszcze jeden siłownik i rozmieścić obydwa po bokach ramion i jakieś dodatkowe zabezpieczenie wykonać dopiero w tedy można by bezpiecznie podnosić:)
The table cost more than the motorbike? Built for a WWII half track?
Good
aprox. How much PTR did you use in total?
MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼
You can make one, for a car?
Good morning, I really like your elevator and I would like to make one, but all of you who make videos about some skill you have, never give the measurements to facilitate the assembly for a layman, could you give us the measurements? thanks
Can you email a material list and the cost of the material? I am very interested thanks good job making lift!!! 73 dan
It is available on Patreon and for channel supporters 😃
Oh so it is you
Maybe using diamond plate for ramps could be more secure
❤❤❤ which type of that hydraulic..?
Very nice video
Please sell me a set of plans for this table!
Czemu nie używasz przecinarki taśmowej, którą wykonałeś?
Padła przekładnia, i dałem szwagrowi, który sobie wymienił przekładnie i działa do tej pory 😃
👍👍
Are there plans, parts list available? Interesting, but not really useful if not.
Plans for this project are available to channel supporters and on Patreon
Can you please give us the dimensions great work btw
Very nice video
Dobraa robota.
@@WorkshopFromScratch a to wesprę i zobaczę chętnie.
Would you provide a cut sheet and measurements
It is available on Patreon and for channel supporters 😃
Good morning, I really like your elevator and I would like to make one, but all of you who make videos about some skill you have, never give the measurements to facilitate the assembly for a layman, could you give us the measurements?, thanks a lot
This particular project is available to channel supporters and on Patreon. Sorry, but it is not easy to provide all dimensions in the description.
Zasilana silnikiem 230V szybciej by podnosiło :D

What gauge of steel did you use?
Steel profile 50x50x2mm and 2mm sheet metal
Davaj link =)
2 questions and super bad ass table too! Where did you get the nut rivet tool? And what are the weld in bushings called?
