    • Yeah, there are too many cuts, I understand that the things you are building take time, and you will end up with hours long videos if you put everything in them, but it gets dizzy after a while with all the cuts

  • Your skill level is on another level. Strange use of a boring bar tho when you angled the vertical mills head I personally thought you might of used a end mill or at least a tool with more cutting teeth on it plus I thought your set up would of had a lot of chatter happening? but fair play if it worked. Love watching your videos. Very jealous of your set up as I used to be a machinist and fabricator but now full time as a designer in the world of CAD. Used to really enjoy being on the tools. The one thing I never did for some reason is screw cutting and wondered if you could do a short video on that as would be really interested. Amazing stuff as usual 😎

    • Изделие сомнительное, ну т.е. сделано качественно, тут 100% не поспоришь, но это обычный арбалетный трубогиб за дорого, который не сможет качественно согнуть трубу, автор конечно пытается выбрать выгодные ракурсы, но если внимательно посмотреть, то видно что трубу сплющивает в месте загиба

    • @@user-so5xj5lz8i метод отличный для водопроводных труб, там большого внимания не придают замятым углам, но сантехники не будут использовать такой сложный и дорогой трубогиб, как в видео, достаточно на основе домкрата с оправками, но если более ответственные заготовки гнуть, то он не справится, большие требования к сохранению окружности, я варил каркас , там одно из требований было для 45мм трубы , не больше 2мм сплющивания, арбалетом испортили кучу трубы, и с песком и с нагревом, но нужного результата не получили, в итоге получилось на том где колесо(пуансон) наматывает на себя трубу

      @andriyxadir@andriyxadir2 ай бұрын
    • @@user-so5xj5lz8i да пользуются все, правда труба немного плющится в месте сгиба, но не критично. Для больших диаметров обычно используют прокатные станки, как для листового металла. В данном случае, ну уж сильно заморочился мужик, потратил времени и материала больше, чем стоит такого типа инструмент с ручным гидронасосом, и все ради сомнительной скорости в гибке. Туда еще и не хватает угловой разметки по градусам.

      @user-zr7yo3es4l@user-zr7yo3es4l2 ай бұрын
    • @@andriyxadir А нафига твое пресловутое качество? разве что эстетическую важность играет а на ттх ни как не влияет, наоборот в некоторых случаях для упрочнения изгиба делают с внутренней стороны отформованный валик. А вот сделать самому если могёшь и практикуешь почти всегда дешевле и надёжнее.
