16 Amazing Metal Work Processes You Must See ▶2
Since ancient times, people have worked on metal. Most metalworking processes can be categorized into three categories: forming, cutting, or joining. However, it’s also important to note that casting is one of the most widespread methods of metalworking and involves pouring metal into a mold, after which it is cooled and solidified. Today we present all kinds of metalworking processes. Please comment below on which process you liked the most

Witnessing these machines in action is witnessing innovation in manufacturing. The cutting-edge processes employed in shaping and refining metal sheets highlight the continuous evolution of industrial technology.
Good video but thumbnail is misleading!
Thanks for saving me 14 minutes I won't bother watching it on principle, And may you have a lovely week 🙂
yea i wanted to know what that was too.
the first track was at such a good speed and dynamic for this processes to be felt
... the finish touched - the best.
Where is the click bait image ??
Cool, a youtube channel to add to the never watch again list.
Super interesting 👌 😊thank you 😊 🙏
So where s the cover image??
Yes somekind hydraulicpress within copper tips. What material they pressing? Why copper?
It seems like you can adjust the shape to the requirements, ab evolutive press.
Nice video, thanks :)
Sad to not see any CNC mills or CNC lathes. (did I miss it?)
What tune is that in this video which starts at 1:14 and ends at 2:16 ? It's so 1980's but I know it's more later and I love it ! :-)
The level of skill and precision involved in each of these metal work processes is absolutely amazing.
If you think this is amazing, look at fully automated car factories, for example.
my god. thank you for this video
Hot works with minimal PPE, interesting processes like it,
amazing
Hardly anyone wearing safest glasses , even while forging!
I call foul. No video of the machine in the thumbnail.
I came to see the press in the THUMBNAIL and IT'S NOT EVEN IN THE VIDEO
What is the machine in the thumbnail? Looks like some sort of welding fixture
Dunno, was not in the video, so reported for misleading thumbnail.
@11:55 uh no, not for acoustic energy but to insulate the pipes so you don't lose heat or so cold pipes don't warm up.
Safety glasses... man I can see some eyeballs very exposed to devastating damage... you only get one pair in this life protect them!!
Did I miss the portion that was teased in the thumbnail?
what is the machine from the thumbnail? I did not see it in the video
It's a dishonest technique developed by KZhead channels to maximise their income. Many people watch till the end in the hope of seeing the appetising content promised by the thumbnail. Some will scroll to the last item before doing so (in expectation that it will be there as a reward for staying the distance) and if they don't find it there, some of those will watch the whole video, which is a win for the channel. This is why the promised material is omitted. AND IT SUCKS! Consumers are being trained to endure rank dishonesty (including clickbait titles) and crappy or misrepresented content because it's free. Ads are designed to litter content to the point where it is impossible to follow a train of thought, and present and even more so, future generations of web page designers have grown up with this as the normal way of presenting information (even on websites which are the public-facing window of a reputable business, where monetization is not a thing) and boy it shows in the disfunctional websites they design and administer.
So, where is the metal forming from clickbait ???
I am also wondering...so i give dislike and block this
Down vote for clickbait
Great video. Terrible Job with subtitles. I still enjoyed it
Подскажите как сделать так чтобы субтитры на русский язык перевести ?
7:40 How do the barbs stay on a single wire; friction? Normally barbed wire is a double strand wire so the barbs stay in place and don't slide alone the wire like these ones will.
I think the machine twists the barb and the main cable together sort of like a twist tie.
@@wilsonrawlin8547 That's how the double strand wire works, and why you need two strands, but I don't see that here.
@@spudpud-T67 The machine could be twisting them together at the barb location of the main wire.
@@wilsonrawlin8547 I can see the barb is added on top of the main wire. Hence a friction hold. Apply any force and the barb will slide along the wire. The only effective barb wire I know and have used is two strand (main wire). This stops the barb moving.
Over twisting of the barb. The barb portion deforms the main wire. Like when when you squeeze clay. Becomes very difficult to move without tools. This how ever is not doing that. You can see some barbs already are loose in the video.
Fake thumbnail.
Yes, I was deceived by the cover of the video and watched this video.
А как производят станки для обработки металла??? Вот,что интересно. Но этого нельзя увидеть.
Waw 😄😁
The main purpose of those steel drums is being eaten by a shredder.

Why, oh why, are most of these crafts people not wearing PPE? Safety shields around red hot metal forging? Cut gloves handling steel sheets? Come on, it's 21st century wear it
Lol how much money do you think these people make? People working min wage jobs in America may as well be rich in comparison. None of them can afford ppe
White -on-white description text so helpful, and swapping bottom to top left position every 2 second polishing it. Awful.
Это не высокие технологии, а массовое нарушение техники безопасности.
Удивительно то, сколько людей с руками из плеч творят чудеса на допотопном оборудовании. В РФ все что не делается умной машиной, получается через жп.
Way too all over the place with info and subtitles. Keep it in one place so I can read fast and enjoy the visuals. Not play wack-a-mole with the next text.

WHY FAKE CAPTION
thumbnail fraud
another freeze frame you never get to see what the hell was made. thye really need to work on their thumbnails dont show something if your not going to watch it.
Fake thumbnail
There 2 Problems in the Production of this Video 1.) Titles and Explanations are placed where when Pausing the Video to read them they are Covered BY KZhead CRAP. 2.) You can't read the Explinations and see the Video at the same time... Either Provide VOICE or go Home. This Video just sucks as Educational. In my 30 years as a Tool & Die Maker, I Made many (Thousands in fact) of tools like this.
Bad video. 😞 You must allow enough time for the viewer to watch the captions, and also, you mustn't change the location of the captions every time, they must be shown in the same location throughout the video, otherwise it's annoying for the viewer.
Amazing productivity in nations where OSHA doesn't exist............
what is osha?
@@evilkidm93b the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, an american agency that look over safety and health at work.
...meaning what? Are you saying OSHA is bad because it reduces productivity, or OSHA is good and countries without it are productive at the expense of the worker? I'm confused, because your statement could be taken both ways
People outside of USA are not so flimsy and easily hurt and frightened. Standards are adjusted accordingly
@@SteveMacSticky so you're saying you risk your life and health to get your boss a bigger paycheck? Very generous of you

You just earned another thumb down. Get rid of the stupid music! It doesnt make our viewing experience any better than if having got to hear the actual sounds of the machinery, tooling, processes, etc
