  • See you have a future mechanic/machinist that’s more interested in knob twisting at present. Be patient with him and take time in your shop to especially first teach him about the operation and hazards of each piece of equipment he’s interested in. You may need to secure the shop or kid proof it to the extent you can before you leave while he’s still there if he can gain unsupervised access to the shop. Great builds. I thoroughly jealous of your shop, equipment and diversified skills. I’m a wannabe machinist. At 66 if it don’t happen soon it may not happen though. My first goal is to get moved nearer to my adult children and specifically my grand children.

  • Hi, Not little any longer, no leader to guide you on most things. That being understood, you are the leader now. Create, and teach yourself to constantly wear, safety glasses when dealing with metal work. Needs to be practiced until you are 100% with safety glasses when working with metal. I heard people talk, but only did it because the judge required it, I was like, it's good for me, actually, it's the best thing for me. I don't need any authoritative person or from a power position to make me do what's best for me. I'm more important than a judge, or anyone of power. Good for me, that's the new way, my safety is highest, I teach myself to do it. I buckle up immediately when getting into a car, etc...

  • Bardzo ciekawe podejście do zagadnienia !!! :D Mam tylko obawy o pompę elektryczną czy "pociągnie" olej ze zbiornika (jak dla mnie powinna być poniżej zbiornika lub/i zawór zwrotny i ręczne pierwsze zalanie pompy) . I też małe pytanko, czemu nie zawór przełączający pompy przed zaworem do sterowania siłownika? Wyszło by ciut taniej na złączkach i wężach? :D Bardzo ładne wykonanie projektu (propsy za łożyska rolkowe) i zazdroszę tokarni ;D POZDRAWIAM!!!!

  • należy uważać na przegrzanie oleju, gdy pompa pracuje przez dłuższy czas. Nie ma tam dużo oleju i będzie się przegrzewał podczas dłuższej pracy. Nawet podczas pompowania oleju ze zbiornika do zbiornika. Nie powinna przekraczać 60°C.
