Same. I remember some of the most insane workouts with Jack3d. Seems like everything else nowadays is just an imitation. To be fair though Ryse Godzilla is the best pre workout I’ve ever had since Jack3d in the last 15 years. I’m also getting older so my body just can’t handle crazy intense workouts like I used to.

The main problem with GM is that it has too many ingredients, it's the heaviest pre on the stomach I've found and sometimes when you have so much going on it takes away from its effects. It's pump is amazing for a pre that isn't stim free tho

6 grams of citrulline isn't enough not to mention its citrulline malate and they don't disclose the ratio so you have to presume its 1:1 which means there is only 3 grams. Also beta doesn't do much and 3.4 is the industry standard. There's also not many nootropics and why is there taurine in it? Taking a powerful antioxidant before you lift is like doing a prostate exam whilst not wearing gloves with open wounds

If you’re looking for something that’s basically the legal equivalent to crack/cocaine then I think you’re either not getting enough sleep or you’re eating wrong.
