Good stretch, but for me the most fundamental ones are to touch your toes (and alot further if you can ofcourse), sphinx pose, splits sideways and forwards/backwards, and glute stretch. The main pivots for your body is your hips and your back, and they give you the most functional flexibility. While this is great, I do believe most people should work on those four/five basics first as they will increase your mobility and quality of life incredibly with the smallest amount of effort. Ofcourse, if you put alot of effort into stretching then your life is going to be so much better 👍

I do this everyday too! Great
I gotta try this for my knee. I work a desk job
I unintentionally did this stretch once, my knee pops outa place on a semi-regular basis now 🙂👍
I got so good at this that I can do it full pigeon, flat on the floor. Even when my weight fluctuates. It's something the body likes and never forgets. :)
This video is gold 🥇
Do surya namskar its the best ❤
I learned something similar in my yoga program years ago.(p90x yoga x)
Tyler is so pretty, he is so popular, everyone should be his sweetheart
AWESOME 👏🏻
If only I could save this short
I gotta start these today
Did it once and my back is already popping 😂 I can stretch my right leg out fine but not left leg as much. Imma do this everyday and hopefully it helps
Love your content
The intro song is nice
Good stretch, but for me the most fundamental ones are to touch your toes (and alot further if you can ofcourse), sphinx pose, splits sideways and forwards/backwards, and glute stretch. The main pivots for your body is your hips and your back, and they give you the most functional flexibility. While this is great, I do believe most people should work on those four/five basics first as they will increase your mobility and quality of life incredibly with the smallest amount of effort. Ofcourse, if you put alot of effort into stretching then your life is going to be so much better 👍
Greatest hip opener 💀
Who is this beautiful specimen 😮❤❤
Preston is a great kid. He used to train with my assistant strength here in Chattanooga.
I saw a video of this that combined a down dog and back stretch and a couple of other things, really has done me good
when you say squeeze your glute - which one? Do we press our back leg into the ground? Do we let out knee touch the ground or not? How far do we push the knee? Do we resist the push with the leg? Struggling to get this one to do anything for me
Take it easy Squeeze the glute of the hip you are opening actively not the other one into the ground The knee on the ground should just be resting Don’t resist opening the hip Open it with your hand and the glutes at the same time therefore activating it I hope you get it
