@@FoodRecipes108 Hey bro, there are some solid non-stimulant preworkouts out there. A good one I know of is Gorilla Mode Nitric 👍🏿 You don't need caffeine to work out. Preworkout just helps but tbh not using it will give you a better understanding of what your body is capable of with no assistance

I think it’s very important to remember that while we don’t really treat it like one, caffeine is unequivocally a drug. Doesn’t mean it’s inherently bad, just that you should treat it like one to have a healthy relationship with it, which is what Noel’s saying here

A few months ago I got that bad I ended up consuming about 1.9g of caffine in one day. 100% ,if it isn't hitting, cycle or just take a break from the caffine. I can tell you from experience that the inconvenience of taking a short break is nowhere near as bad as heavily consuming. Stay strong 💪

Yall should look up what caffeine can do to the brain. I suffered from horrible migraines because I didn't realize that taking that much caffeine everyday would cause narrowing of the blood vessels to the brain. So yes, take it in moderation. I prefer to just take it on leg day. Don't become reliant on a drug.

Just use it for very hard workouts that you have trouble completing. You will need to take a long rest before the next very hard workout anyways, so instead use stim free pre workouts in between.

@@FoodRecipes108 Hey bro, there are some solid non-stimulant preworkouts out there. A good one I know of is Gorilla Mode Nitric 👍🏿 You don't need caffeine to work out. Preworkout just helps but tbh not using it will give you a better understanding of what your body is capable of with no assistance

I think it’s very important to remember that while we don’t really treat it like one, caffeine is unequivocally a drug. Doesn’t mean it’s inherently bad, just that you should treat it like one to have a healthy relationship with it, which is what Noel’s saying here

A few months ago I got that bad I ended up consuming about 1.9g of caffine in one day. 100% ,if it isn't hitting, cycle or just take a break from the caffine. I can tell you from experience that the inconvenience of taking a short break is nowhere near as bad as heavily consuming. Stay strong 💪

Yall should look up what caffeine can do to the brain. I suffered from horrible migraines because I didn't realize that taking that much caffeine everyday would cause narrowing of the blood vessels to the brain. So yes, take it in moderation. I prefer to just take it on leg day. Don't become reliant on a drug.

I would never risk life with high dosage of caffeine like that. When I got my diet right with Next Level Diet I never felt low on energy during training just because I was eating proper food.

Just use it for very hard workouts that you have trouble completing. You will need to take a long rest before the next very hard workout anyways, so instead use stim free pre workouts in between.
I quit caffeine and my sessions are just as good lol I feel calmer than when I had black coffee before
1 black coffee a day helps boost fat metabolism, that's probably its biggest and most consistent benefit.

I've also found switching up brands helps aswell because they have different mixes

You can also try avoiding caffeine on your rest days. I try to do this on my 2 rest days but I end up drinking caffeine anyway lol.

The second week is no where near as hard, but at this point you gotta start filling in the void with other hobbies. By the third week, you won’t feel anything towards weed at all
you don't need a break, just have more pre-workout marks and give a different one every day

Caffeine stays in the body for a while. I highly recommend doing a purge every time you notice a dependency forming. Made a huge difference in my life comfort.

I don't have caffeine almost ever. When I do have a small single-shot cup, it's like I've snorted cocaine. Can't believe people can drink a double-shot cup of coffee without dying let alone more than one in a day. But I guess they got to to get the effect.
