  • Thanks for sharing these exercises. It's obvious in 3-4 days 50 exercises are not possible if doing 4 exercises then max 12 exercises in a week. Second thing we are not cognizant to select top 12-15 exercises to increase vert. So I would say kindly make a video on top 12-15 exercises which are result oriented and mostly used by volleyball players to increase vert.
