    • I heard somewhere that he cracks jokes to hide the fact that he's terrified, and when you take a look at the situations he finds himself in, it's not surprising that he'd be terrified, it's when he stops joking that people should be worried. if I recall correctly, at least in the comics, the only person Peter really gave up on trying to help was Norman. I don't remember what issue it was but there was a point where Peter, Norman and a few of the other Spider-Totems were on a ship and things just ended up getting tense, Norman makes a remark about Spider-Gwen, a reference to the infamous Sins Past storyline, got Parker's attention, enough to threaten Norman, but he kept pushing, Peter punches the wall right next to Norman's head, so pretty tense situation, Miles broke the silence suggesting that they all need to calm down, of course Norman wanted to see how much further he could go "We wouldn't want you to snap" a reference to Gwen's death, Peter takes one look at S-G who simply says "Don't." Instead of outright murdering Norman at that point, Peter just opens up the door and tosses out Norman, they were still in the air by the way, it's just showing that Peter's given up on Norman. Because he always lets Norman go, someone dies. This is why he's considered killing him, but his morals are stopping him from doing that

  • 4:04 This Peter is hilariously bad as coming up with logical excuses. And it's awesome. My favorite has to be the American flag laundry. Also, I feel stupid for not noticing the song in 8:21. In my defense, I'm so focused on their fight.

  • Never gonna get over the fact that Bucky threw a full powered super soldier serum, vibranium arm enhanced haymaker at spiderman (whose only 15 at that point) and spidey just casually catches it and beats up 2 of the most combat efficient avengers and is toying with them the whole time
