hello nice set up, by the way what brand is that keyboard?
Your setup looks really nice and clean. The desk looks so nice
Hey there, great video, can you tell me about that cable you are using for your keyboard?
I like mice with really long buttons, because that way, i can regulate myself how much pressure it takes to press down, and it also improved travel time, so if you need to click really fast, you click very far away from the actual switch position to click faster.
The workhorse of wireless gaming mice. Only other mouse i would consider is a higher end wireless Logitech or the hyperx haste, the rest from steelseries, and corsair dont do it for me while razer has some nice feeling mice but they just fall apart
The battery lasts more than 250 hours. I have been using this mousse for 2 years and a battery lasts me about 6-8 months with about 5-9 hours a day P.S.(the Duracel battery last for the longest time )
There's 2 settings though, normal and endurance and I'm pretty sure they say about 9 months in endurance mode.
Do you use rechargeable or normal batteries?
I use the endurance mode and it's absolutely insane. Not great for super competitive gaming but honestly I use it as a travel mouse because it's just so portable
If you use Energiser lithium batteries, they last almost twice as long as alkaline, and they're half the weight too.
Is there a warning before it runs out of battery
My tip: When you get the chance, use some WD40 on the switches and the rotary encoder, this will make all the double-clicking go away
you actually deserve more subscribers. I hope you will get more recognition.
I have this mouse, in less tan a year the switches failed, so I had to solder new ones from a crappy asus mouse and its working fine, I love the shape and performance.
I had one for 3 years before it started registering double clicks, I looked up some fixes but had to declare it dead. Just ordered a new one. GREAT mouse
Here are some words of experience from someone who has used this mouse since 2020. Overall I like the mouse a lot, insane battery performance, very low latency, comfortable form factor and all that for a very reasonable price. However, I've had some issues that make me hesitant to recommend this mouse to others. First, you have to make sure to keep the receiver very close to the mouse (an extension cable is included) or you might experience some dropped inputs. This distance is a lot shorter than you might be used from other wireless mice. After about 2 years, I had some problems with drag and drop actions. Basically, while physically pressing the left button, it would lose contact for a moment and interrupt your "drag" (this messes up highlighting text, scaling images and dragging windows). To fix this, I had to open up the switch of the button and bend a small metal piece back into shape. This fix lasts for a few months. Lastly, I had the scroll wheel become very stiff after three years and needed to lubricate the mechanism. Overall, I will continue to use the mouse until it completely dies on me, but it feels strange having to perform maintenance on a mouse. I remember using very cheap mice as a kid, treating them with way less care and not having such issues for years on end.
To add to this, I'm currently looking for new mice as I am currently a G305 user and have also experienced the same issue of "interrupted dragging" the culprit is that the switch is double clicking on a single depression of the left mouse button. to resolve it I'm using an Auto hotkey script that removes that second input which has extended the life of this mouse but now a new problem has risen in that sometimes the mouse will click when releasing the button. the thing that I find interesting is that my mouse also started having this issue about 2 years in [Currently 2 years 2 months since ive bought this mouse]. For what its worth the G305 is a great wireless mouse for its price, but due to clicking issue I'm sadly going to have to get a new mouse that performs as well that will last me a long whiles without costing too too much.
Hey! I am considering buying this mouse. You mentioned that the receiver should be close to the mouse. How close are we talking about? My current mouse receiver is on the desk with an extension cord about 40-60cm from the mouse itself, is that good distance for this mouse?
@@leventestancz4522 I think that should be fine. The most important thing is that the mouse has a direct line of sight to the receiver.
Unfortunately, this is a Logitech issue, not just for this mouse. Many of them have it, including my G pro wireless
Of course the scroll wheel is gonna get sticky you’ve been using it for 2 years 😂
I think I like it, should I buy this as my ealry christmas gift?
I just bought now I can do quad edits and when u get it u are gonna feel no delay
this is my first wireless mouse, i have this for 1 year and still no issues encountered, i also reduced the weight by changing to AAA battery and some trimming and now its only 71 grams.
In switching from the model o to this, worth it?
My current mouse, i love it Very worth for the price
Should i get this one or the g502 hero(i found them at almost the same price)
Is that a royal kludge keyboard?
Can the dongle be hooked up to a steam deck docking station? So I can use this mouse with my steam deck?
Mouse pad dimmensions 30x30?
the cashual tea bag, you love to see it
technically this mouse has a tactical move of the degree so it has nice slides so probably a 10
How long is maximum from pc with this house(or dongel to mouse length)..I have mine i use about "shortest 3dm up to 5-6meters so alot w the rapoo i use,But had problems w the scroll alot on these n changed it in store up to 5times until i get a working one,But when it finally works it works great at about the same price as this Logitec! So i will Get this logitec mouse but concerned about how long from dongel it can be used 100% if its less the 1m its out of the question for me(I bought a few controllers+keybords from logitec n always the same problem=how far from dongel i can use it soooo yeaah how far from dongel to mouse is the 100% safe zone for usage?? Hope i will get a response about this soon(in a few days due to need to get a new mouse for my games(cp2077+witcher3+rdr2 n other).
The G305 I bought from mid 2021 still works and looks brand new today, although part of the reason is because I clean it once in a while. It showed no problems since I first purchased it, and I've used it for both gaming and productivity. My favorite things about it is battery life and consistency. It naturally blended into the background as my daily driver. Even though I used it lots and lots, it barely showed any wear. For the price and hours I got out of it, I'd say it's a perfect mouse if you want a good balance between gaming and productivity. I also personally prefer G305's look over most gaming mouses, it's a clean design and will blend into any setup.
Do you recommend?
@@fxdeout I would recommend it if you are okay with only two extra mouse keys and no rgb. I find the mouse sufficient for pretty much everything I do.
how do you clean it?
@@cwei9581 How did I not see this comment? Well, I actually got it and it's pretty smooth, only problem that it is actually kinda small and doesn't have any drivers
@@7dougftg searching that on KZhead is the best solutions
btw 2.4ghz is the same band as Bluetooth. Though yes I realize that isn't the issue with Bluetooth but I thought I'd mention.
Just got this one. Only been about 2 hours but prob the most comfortable feeling mouse I have had. Just enough weight for me .
is it still good?
does it have a softwarehttps?
Used to manage to get it to do 1000hz polling rate now can't go over 500hz, anyone with the same problem?
The best KZheadrs have lowest subscriber count. Subbed
My opinion one of the worst youtubers. No real pro and cons, just an Ad for products
What keyboard is he using?
Can someone help me out, I'm thinking about buying this mouse, but one thing concerns me is the middle scroll button. Is the middle scroll wheel button click the same as the one in the wired pro g series? Both mouse look almost the same except this one is wireless. One thing I really hate about the g pro is the middle scroll button is so hard to press, I ended up not using it anymore. If the wireless is the same, i guess i will pass on buying this.
i have the same wired one its the exact same mouse basically
Considering ive been using a 1997 microsoft mouse i think im gonna have a good time with this mouse
not a massive gamer anymore but use this mouse almost daily for uni work (CAD and 3D modelling sort of stuff) and its amazing, anyone thinking of getting it I would highly recommend it. The battery life is also a massive bonus, had my mouse since September 2022 and changed the battery twice.
Excuse my does the logi tech software recognise the mouse
@seumasreel4954. Interesting, I was thinking about getting one for non gaming use. Did you have it in battery saving mode?
@@rogerblack4603 I didn’t even know that was a thing until I read these comments so could’ve been either way. If it was in battery saving mode then it really doesn’t affect the performance and if it wasn’t then it’s battery lasts ages anyway
@@slepzz3100 yes
Is the wireless so impactful? I'm between this one and the G Pro Hero wired, both are at very similar prices were I live
wireless is much better in my opinion
razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed wireless or logitech g304 for gaming like valorant?
razer for big hands logitech for medium to small
Got it at 30$ in this month, it still chasing to the other mouse in this budget range... Also surprised by the performance from a 5 year older mouse
I have compared the Logitech G305 with my Corsair Harpoon wireless in the same price range, and I have to say I like the Corsair waaay more. The sensor is better, the mousclicks feel better, it glides way better etc. So, for me the corsair is just a way better mouse and i have been using it for over 2.5 Years and its still perfect.
does this mouse connect to ps5 please reply
What game are you playing it looks fun
the range would have been very interesting
45 dollars(includes vat and shipping) and you get one of these new ajazz aj199 mice with the 3395 sensor, g pro superlight shape but smaller, and only 60 grams. I think it's way better, I just ordered one and I have a g305 too but I don't like the shape.
How's the mouse, I'm trying to get a g305 just wondering if the new mouse is better
@@SaintsJuanJr it feels really good, maybe better than the g305 build wise, it's solid and it doesn't squeak tho I've heard it does for some. Overall I'm pleasantly impressed, especially by the weight, it's so light and after using it for the past month I can't really go back to the g305, it feels really heavy now xD. I'd say go for the aj199 or the dragonfly f1 moba, this second one is pretty similar but a bit more expensive because it has better internals apparently, from some company called nordic, but the same sensor, good switches and build, just the internals that are a better apparently.
This mouse isn't 63 grams the Logitech super light by itself is 66 grams it's about 86 grams with a triple a and 90 to 93 with a double a
Its 65 euros without shipping
Would you say this is better than my razer viper mini?
Depends because the shape is different
Incredible mouse for the price i highly recommend it
As someone who hates RGB lights I see this a win
most mice have the ability to turn rgb off 💀
I keep all my rgb stuff on solid colors. Looks nice
@@befunga you do you buddy, as long as it makes you happy
@@Nate27785 wastes power, and pops out too much. I like it simple and clean, my personal opinion though.
@@Nate27785 I have the setting on where the color changes when i change dpi, but after that, decorative rgb is off
guys trust me that this is the best mouse i have ever had. recently bought new one, steelseries aerox 5 wireless. my new mouse is trash and i paid for it 130$... i will return to my g305❤
Me too I got the super light but I couldn’t get used to it I went back to the g305
I have a rakk talan, viper mini and mx master 3s. But Im going back to g305 simply because its comfortable
I got one in 2021 for $25 with mousepad at Walmart.
I just bought one of these ($48AUD) and I think I made a good choice without evening using it😅

G604 vs G305?
I’ve had the mouse for a year and am using the original lithium battery.
does it still work great? I have a logitech mouse (non-gaming) and been using since 2017 only problem with it is it's scroll wheel click does not work other than that it works fine does this model have issues like that?
@@Zee_Kay_JayIt still works great
@@Zee_Kay_Jaybest mouse ever
@zipper978 yeah i bought the g305 it's pretty good
This thing's wheel suddenly stopped scrolling just 4-5 mths of use and started doing the double-click issue thing. Why tf is Logitech like this? Why??
hpnestly is good mouse swear
Can I use this on my Xbox series X?
Yes just plug in the usb dongle
2:35 "but for me, I am very very precise most of the time..." So for those that prefer a stiffer click, a one that does not get triggered by a breeze of wind, are imprecise? I am not sure how this reviewer is making an analogy between mouse click preferability and precision-- but he sure sounds absurd. At least thanks for clarifying it is mushy, because this means a no-no for me.
so what mouse do you use then?
how butthurt can you be about a sentence in a video that you seeked out and noone made you watch about peripheral usage in a videogame? get off the internet please, brainrot has gotten the best of you
should be alott more expensive its very good
