Youve got to link these amazing songs man, where the heck do you get them 👌😂
What the Crap does Yonke mean ? Mexican for Don Yenko ?
I love that there are other guys my age that share a love for classics! Beautiful Nova, much respect for how nice it's built!!
Hell yeah!
I dig young guys doing the old car thing, I did it when I was your age and I haven't stopped, now I'm 51 and do it for fun and relaxation. Yes working on a car is fun to me, so is driving it, racing, beating the snot out of it, breaking stuff, and fixing it again.. The more you can do yourself the less money you spend on it. Keep kicking ass young gearheads.
I don’t know how good it rides, but the stance on that Nova is perfect!
That stance is spot on, love the led’s too, nothing radical just different enough to make it stand out, love it!
Thanks for watching!
Those shots. You never disappoint, Ben.
Thank you!
He is 100% right, if you don't have the bucks but want a certain car, get one even if its rusty. You can repair rust, you can learn how to do it all. The big thing is being persistent and working on it every day even if you only do a few small things. I was doing all of this stuff, when I was 15, started my first paint job at 17, built an 11 second NA street ride when I was 24, and now at 51 I do frame off rebuilds for fun, then daily drive them so I can enjoy beating the snot out of the thing. Simply get one and start working. I didn't have a decent shop until I was 35, then I lost it at 44, now I have a better one... and I have no idea how many vehicles I own, but its over 50.
Awesome! Thanks for watching!
@@FourSpeedFilms Every time your vids pop up in my feed, I take the time to watch it. I like how you use perspective and the timing of each shot. You're teaching an old gearhead how to make videos.. mine suck at the moment, but I haven't gotten into doing the things you do... yet. Keep making them I will keep watching. And my old guy friends watch too.
Inspiring sir. Really. Thank you for sharing.
Yes work on your project everyday. even if it just cleaning up the garage. try to get 1 thing done per week no matter how small it is.
Stones: “Paint it black!” 😉
Banger of a song 👌🏼
no cap even through these rough times and loosing motivation to work on my car, your vids and the people you interview almost always motivate me to wanna work on it.
Real as it gets, 👍
I like seeing younger people working on hot rods in the back yard . That is how I started at 13 and have now been working on cars for a living for 28 years.
Fixed up my nova before and through high school, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, good to see some one else my age doin the same. Sweet build dude
Young man has a lot ot Pride in his car and his family ..great to see!
That "YONKE" decal tho!!!! The perfect touch!
Ooh, sick looking nova
Thanks for watching!
My son you did a great job on the nova Keep building those cars is the younger generation today that’s going to keep it going ✌️know u be safe out there 💪
Car looks quick standing still 👍 sharp, really sharp.
I also love seeing people working on there cars on a budget. True hotrodding roots!
These are really good videos! Thanks for taking the time to make them so good
Thank you! It’s a lot of work but I have fun making them🏁
Another great video and great to see a fellow guy in his 20s with old school muscle.
Hell yeah!
It is awesome my brother. I'm 24 years old and I love old school muscle cars and hotrods.
@@CJColvin nice !
Ben, great video, really enjoyed it. Want to say Hi to Alfredo, dude you're 22 and I'm 75. What we have in common is our 1970 Novas, you can never say that they are done, always more to do. I'm sure that your Dad is proud. Paint It Black is one of my favorite songs.
Sweet ride!
Sick Nova with lots of high quality parts! Been following the Yonkes for awhile now...their channel never disappoints.
Bravo to Ben for another fantastic film...and to the builder, Alfredo. Nice job. My first car was a 1969 Nova SS 350. Purchased 1979 day after 16th birthday. Also built it from the ground up, every nut and bolt. Sold it in 2007 to buy my house in Orlando. Recently underwent another full restoration with even better paint and all the rusty floors properly fixed. Same 355 I built almost 30 years ago. 4 speed Muncie M21, 4:10 12 bolt posi
That car is. Gorgeous and what you’ll find that you love about it the most is you built it the way you wanted. I built my first car which was a 71 Monte Carlo and to this car that was probably my favorite car because it was my first and I put it together the way I wanted, took me 3 years to build it. One thing you’ll find out is ain’t no car out there you’ll love more then one you put together with your family. Beautiful car man
So happy to see tradition of backyard builds staying strong...absolute great vid---edits super smooth
Love it. Love the stance. Love it’s a family affair. And love that c10 bed. Another great job my man. You know what I’m going to say next. Love your work and production is perfect. Great job. And if I’ve not said it in a while. Your dad is my hero!!!!
I was 18 when I had my first Nova. Miss it so much now. Sold it when I was 20 and bought me a mustang. Wish I would've held on to it. This was 20 years ago. I'll get another one soon. Great job kiddo. Mad props to you and your family! 👍💪
Proud of the new generation keep this muscle car going
It’s good to see that hot rodding is alive and well with the next generation.
Right on, good to see younger folks getting into these cars, they have soul and character that ricers dont.
You have a great choice in music in your videos. Love your videos!
Always appreciate your family vidz and builds
This Nova is Sick! Love the satin black, the rims, everything! Major respect! Car is perfect!
Another great video! Thanks for sharing and the awesome content. Alfredo is one cool dude and you two are giving me renewed trust in our youth.
The best thing about the people and their cars you show is everyone has a normal size house in a normal subdivision, just working class people.
Hands down one of the dopest Nova's i've ever seen! 😍
Best looking profile on a Nova I've ever seen Mijo,,,,, keep up the good work .I'm 60, I drive a 76...wish u could build mine....
Nova boys what's up!! Im 28 years old with an ls swapped 1974 as well. I can completely relate to you my boy. Sick set up! Coachella Valley Ca
The name alone!!!!!!!! Yessss
Bro. I love the car. I love the history and that it was built in a backyard. That's how I roll. Keep it up man! I had a 72 nova once I I sold it years ago. I cant wait to build another one. Well done!
love your videos Ben. Keep em coming!
Well Done 'Young Man'! ...Not 'Perfect'..& that's OK!! Everyone has a 'budget'!! Drive Hard...Drive OFTEN! ENJOY!!
Thanks for watching!
@@FourSpeedFilms ..Yes i Enjoy your Vids!!!
Alfredo- awesome ride & you have done well beyond your years. You've also got a great head on your shoulders. You and your family kick ass. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Nice job Ben. Your videos and editing, are second to none. Keep up the great work!!
This channel is absolutely perfect to me anyways. It has that Petrolicious vibe with the incredible video quality and it's also got an Autotopia LA vibe with unique builds. The thing that makes it special is that the builds aren't from a bunch of rich guys with endless amounts of money to use on their builds. These guys featured have vision and drive but within a realistic budget. Cinematically brilliant as well. I just wonder how it is that some channels are so incredible yet are slower to build up subscribers. But I guess that's always the 50 million dollar question. Well done, guys.
AutotopiaLA just did a video on his brother Martin’s c10 that you see in this video. Badass!
He understand exactly how I feel about driving these type of cars
So glad he put the bigger size wheels on it. Can’t wait to build my 86 T Top foxbody #pvoisontherise
Bad ass! Sounds like you got the coolest family too! Ill have to check out that KZhead
Nice job young man 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Another great video Ben👍 Nice Nova and great to see he’s done a lot of the work himself and not over the top, a good daily driver and so young.
Not to undersell the quality of the car, or your production skills but the vice-grip crank did it for me! I love seeing a real car and the owner builder. Here in the South back in the day (80's/90's) Nova's never had much demand, but today everything old and stances right has more appeal. Stoked the new genz like you and Alfredo don't have the hang-ups the Xr's like we had. Keep up the vids man, very cool work.
Lovely filming, locations and a ace machine.
I watch the video you made that had the nova in it a bunch of times glad you made a video dedicated to this guy and his car. Great video as always awesome music.
Thanks for the support!
Nova is one of my dream cars, my father has one that was stolen it was our father son project! I love how it’s a real car a daily driver the paint isn’t perfect, but I think the car is because it’s as real as it gets!!!
realy realy realy nice car man! I always Loved Nova"s not many people talk about them, and as I can see from this amazing vid ...you put a realy great amount of love in to it! I like that. A friend of mine had one back in 03...we worked on it for street legal racing...he moved back to Aruba all of a suddon...never heared from him again...sadly. Nice to see you put some real time and hard work in to this one man. Greatings from Me, from the Netherlands, Amsterdam! Keep it up!
Badass Nova! Awesome vid like always and the music was great! Can’t wait for more, hopefully when I get my old muscle project I could get on one of these videos 🤞🏻🔥
Thank you!
Well done! Something to be said for cruising around in something you built from the ground up with your own hands. Not huge into lowered cars, especially on muscle cars, but im diggin the stance!
That was a fun video, great filming, and editing... The NOVA is cool too
Thank you I appreciate it!
This is rad. I’m from OC and I I just bought my first muscle car in Mexico. A 78 Nova Concours. Seeing this video gave me more inspiration. Thanks!!
awesome build. this is a true backyard build. looks good too
“Yonke” I see what you did there. Haha
That one beautiful Blacked out 70 Nova.
This car, and his channel, is what is pushing me to get my nova together and enjoy it. High end builds are what I do, but they take forever. Cost so much, and when done, you are afraid to drive them. Something to be said about a crusty hot rod that just screams cool!
such good filming and content.
Cool ride back in your dad's day it was Pride in your ride that good ole Latino flare, nice story and dig on the music 🎶
I just love that black nova it's so bad ass
Awesome video !!!! May not be the sickest build but the creativity is awesome !!!
I love everything about your whip.
KILLIN it with the music
Another great video and awesome music choice makes me want to mix myself up a margarita
I like his style. That’s exactly how I would’ve built it. Nice car
That is very inspiring
A 22 year old that knows how to use tools and restore a car ! WOW! And it’s a daily driver too. Great work again Ben .
Nice video...good cruiser..I like it..👍🏁
Loving the new series!
Thanks! More coming!
Really cool ride, Good job, man.
Thanks!
Awesome filming/editing and content! 👍
Looks great
Awesome! Great video, and editing. The car is perfect. A bare bones, real deal, budget built hot rod. This type of build appeals to us all slas it looks great as is, and we all see the potential it has if we were to get it. Inspires me to get my 71 nova together!
God car god choise 👍 engine and tires color all good👍⛽💯
Orale that’s a nice nova! This was inspiration for me I just started working on classic cars and learning all about them. I was heavy into the import scene but it’s like he said it’s different rolling in a classic versus a Honda. Either way I love them all just glad to see another blue collar backyard build 🤙🏽
Ben- AWESOME. Keep posting!
Me gusta mucho tu Nova tengo un 74 y lo estoy restaurando posterior subiré un vídeo, me motiva a a seguir con mi proyecto esta muy chingón saludos Alfredo desde México
Nice ride bro! I can imagine it candy red with black stripe(s)
Awesome video cool young guy great car .
Nice! I had a 72 out of high school. It was all stock. I was going to modify it but I got rear-ended, totaled it.
Sweet!
Beautiful nova love it
Love the build. I have three Foxbody notchbacks that I buil in my garage....
The music is a banger!
Love the fact that these cars ain’t just show - daily driven !
Great video and cool car !! Congrats
Sick nova, I’m 21 currently restoring a 1963 Chevy nova
I got your old 350 from your brother built it for my 59 Apache ! Your brother is a cool dude and his truck is bitchen! You guys rock!
Another stellar film Ben! When you make it big, don’t forget me that I say you will! Just great work. Music, scene editing, storyline, start, finish, etc. Pro job!
Thank you for the support!
Hey man small world I lived in Wilmington back in the day
