I had a pretty crappy day at work, but watching Brent with his incredible talent, and quiet dignity really helping me calm down. Thank you so much for entertaining us all
Even with your shop burning you never missed a beat putting out awesome content. The new building is really nice and I'm happy for you. The truck build is amazing. Thank you for the great videos
Good camera, it's like being there but less annoying for you. Thanks for the video.
The 49 Roadster is coming long really nice. The running-board and “tailgate” looks awesome. Keep up the great work
That dressed that old truck up real nice
I really like how this is all turning out !! Enjoying the Pablo time at the end of the videos as well !! Thanks again for taking us all along this journey …
Pablo has got to be the chillest dog on KZhead.
OMG it is magnificent. I just had Covid while on vacation out of the country and watching your videos got me through. No joke.
I’m so very impressed, that you can laugh off your mistakes. Keep up that great attitude!
good tunes another good reason for watching and listening.
Nice job! Old truck is coming out pretty sweet. Keep up the good work Brent 👍🏻
Pablo says I’d rather have a head scratch than a cameo!
Been watching your videos for a couple weeks when I have time and I must say this is right up my alley!! Using what you've got laying around to get it done! 👍
Thanks Brent for sharing your Garage time and your Pablo Time with us.👍👍❤
Hey Brent, great job, remember you can't see both sides at the same time😂I am loving the shape of your truck👍🇬🇧
Your doing a great job on the roadster Brent love the look
Definitely nailed the back end Brent of the truck and Sides
The GMC Roadster will be the hit of cruise night. You’re going to have every guy in the area crawling all over it…….
Doing the back that way really ties the fenders into your work. Straight on from the back looks good. Nice
More Roadster goodness. That sweep at the back flows really well. Thanks Brent, Esther and doggies!
Brent making that temp plate out of masking Tape. Looks just right. And so right can’t look at both sides at the same time. 😊. Great video. Thank you for sharing! 💯👍
Great job on the running boards truck is starting to come right along
That’s a really sweet way of doing that curved end down pipe and adding that underneath cross over pipe to finish it off. It looks great, and the running boards with the curved drop down they look like they will be on the ground perfectly. I know everything is still in a rough state but man this is really turning into a piece of art ,thanks for sharing your dream for this GMC roadster. Later
To be honest Brent when you started this build I thought nah but I’m really digging it now. Going to look trick when done. 🇦🇺🇦🇺👍👍
Poor Pablo! Whats a dog gotta do to get a treat around there!??Lol!
Nice to se the old Brent back in town !!
Nice work on the 2nd running board skirt. Nothing is symmetrical on old junk. But I really like the look. The back fascia looks good although, as you say, it still needs some work. Look forward to the next one. Always good to have Pablo time. Be safe and stay well.
The running boards and the round tubing is lookin' great Brent!
Wow what a upstairs there Brent 👏 in such notice 😳
The rear looks great! Looks like a set of Ram horns curved down the back.
The box makes me think of a Roman chariot ! A name for the truck could be Caesar 😉 Really a beautiful built Brent, I dig your work.
Working out perfectly. Keep up the great work
I really like the way the back in flows Brent, you have done an excellent job making the profile really look awesome..
A Swoop-Back El Camino type thing.... I'm diggin' it.
Brent,No matter how many times I look at the layout and think on your naming it,That It comes back to ,And I don't know the color scheme you are looking for but, The back seems to always remind me of the old 30's 40's 60's style fire trucks,The way it slopes down.I kind of picture ladders hooked to the side of the bed,HAHA...A definite masterpiece,Wish I had your talent.
Hey brent, looking good! To answer your sticky tape troubles, its not the tape. After you rip the tape to length, just wrap the sticky side around your pant leg a couple of times, it will pull the fuzz etc off your pants and make it stick but be removable. Hope this helps ya and others as well!
Nice work, Brent. You just grab yourself a sheet of card, tape, or sheet metal and create panels from thin air, and why not? I had reservations in the beginning, whether your truck, which already had a chopped roof, and a set of dodgy wings, sorry, fenders, (I'm British, so some of our words are different from yours,) was the way to go. Saying that, now that I can see this truck evolving with the alterations you've made so far, it's looking quite cool. Thanks, fella. That's another fine video you've gotten us to watch.😁 Jessuss, I started to sound like Oliver Hardy for a minute there. 😂😂😂
Definately a master at work. Creating art made out of steel! Great work! 👌
Excellent video Brent :) , Pablo The Supervisor Dog 🐕 keep you busy also very good 1949 GMC Rat Rod Truck come nicely 👍 👌 and enjoy to you get road soon!
Minty ! Thank You for sharing your video, and letting us hangout . Later ...
That truck is really taking shape... I've been skeptical a few times thru the build but it falls in place perfectly .
It’s just different but apart from being different it looks good I like it thank you for sharing later.
I really like these metal shaping videos, though I would like just a little more explanation of the struggle along the way and not quite as much fast motion. Another great thing would be some suggestions on alternative approaches if you only have access to more basic tools.
I think them skirts look so good
the rear panel would look nice set into the tubing
When you first brought this truck into the little garage to start working on it after not finishing the 54 or so Chevy I thought it was just to do work for video and never amount to much. But now your putting your vision to metal is just awesome. I wish I had that vision, I want to build but all I see is the same Ray tricks everyone one else builds. And I don’t want to it. I will cause I want to build my own to drive. Maybe later I get invented but for now thanks for your inspiration that you put out and don’t even know it. Maybe
Brent ,I have never met anyone , that can manipulate metal the way you can
Those steps look clean, Brent. Have you thought about bead rolling the flat surface to give it an original feel?
Always a pleasure watching your builds from start to finish
Damn, your good!! Yours has become my favorite video! That truck is becoming a real classic! Great job as always
I like it Brent!
Ester was in the shop twice. Bundle up. It must be extremely cold up there. 49 roadster is coming along nicely
The rear end of that truck looks so cool. I'm still a little behind you on the rear fenders, but they will finish nicely I think.
Great video. Enjoyed watching ✌️ 😎
Love the way you’re making it happen. Good thought process and great work
still watching all you do, and i am loving it.
Another fine video Brent, awesome how you talk your way to the finish! I am really impressed with the overall quality of the work you've done! Can't wait for the next video, Brent you rock! Tailgate ,no tailgate, that's what l'm wondering? Thanks for the video, jim
Put a flat bar under your vice grips for the back. Great videos. God Bless.
You're doing a very nice job it looks real good
pablo s looking at you like he,s getting a treat i like the change you made on the back this is out off the box and getting ahead but the cab roof will look good in clear poly 🤣🤣🧐👽✌👍
What such a hard job those running boards ! Even though I prefer whithout them, I must say this will be à really cool rod ! I don't know how to say it in english, but I understood what you wanted to do for the back of the box, and I think it's a really good idea (I was just thinking about it when you talked about it). As you say : I love it !!!😉
The box is looking great! Take care, later.
The slice and cut like the front would give you a framed look setting of lights and license plate.
This truck is getting better and better so cool
Hey Brent, love the build. Your vision on the truck is inspiring and your skills awesome. Can't wait for tge next instalment. Cheers 🇦🇺
Got caught up on the build.Like the running boards.Rear tailgate area is well done. Will look great with the lights you have.
Cool as a cucumber Brent, it’s looking better all the time.
It's amazing how the details transform the look.
This looks Nice !
The opening with Pablo was hilarious. 😂
I really like being there and watching the build thanks and i didnt have to get out in the cold 40 f here in missouri
That is really good music today
HI BRENT just finished with your rear roll pan, like all your doing on the bed.just an idea,59 Chevy rear bumper would fit in quite nice, single bar look that you can French in . I LIKE THE LOOK YOUR AFTER. GREAT VIDEO.
Awesome work…love your channel…mike from Florida……🍺🍺🍺🍺👍👏👏👏👏👏👏
It's looking great keep it up soon you will have it done I enjoy watching you build your vehicles I had to go back to basics on my shop to build up my clientele when I first started I was restoring vintage motorcycles I'm doing the same now by working on quads and dirt bikes but I'm working out of a shed and saving up to get another shop
One part at a time !!! I so wander if you have a color in mind !!! Awsum progress !!!😉😎
That curve looks really good!!
The sheer amount of custom work going into the bed alone is impressive. Watching you slice those pipes multiple times before welding them back up makes me wish I had a pipe bender to give you. Stay safe.
That back end is sweet
I love it when you're in your element
as always, came out halfass perfect, and taking shape
I noticed the Boss lady came in to check on you again ❤
Plus she looked a wee cold.
I just wanna say that is one of the nicest dog u have . Hes always there by your side. Anyway great video keep up the good work. May god bless 🙌 u always. Looking forward to more great videos 😊😊😊
Looking great, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones
Not only is this gonna be one Kustoms Keel truck ! I just realized it took 3 ships to build it in lol . Thanks Brent !
Yep, adding that curve to the bottom of the tail was absolutely the right call. I think recessing the tail panel then surface the mounting the lights is going to look awesome.
Great video Brent. Thanks for sharing.
I like the way it looks as is. With the raw welds and stuff.
Awesome. Beautiful work Brent. Thank you for sharing. God bless
Yes I think the rear panel should be installed on the inside of back, that lets the pipes show better. It’s a classy look to me
This is going to be a sweet ride
It's looking good. The only thing left is everything else. Enjoy
Looking awesome. So much talent thanks for sharing it with us
The look with the back of the box looks great, and your plans for the lights to…
Like 5.5 K! Wonderful shape , nice design !
Looking good. The running boards give some flow to the fenders.
I'm with you Brent on setting the back panel in a bit. It will flow with the look of the sides! If you look at it long enough, it'll tell you what it needs 😉👍
This “Truckster Jimmy” is looking good!
I want to thank you for sharing your dreams with us
Thanks for sharing. Enjoy watching you work..
