From before Nissan had its name with the 240Z Datsun all the way to the 370Z driven by Paul Walker in the Fast & Furious films, the Z's are a Nissan classic.
Gabby takes us through the evolution of one of Japan's most iconic sports cars and what makes it, and the new 2024 NISMO Z so special.

Today is officially one week since I’ve owned the 2024 Z Nismo and I’m absolutely having a great time with it.
How long is the run in before you can thrash it?, my one arrives in March.
I saw one earlier today. I want a nismo so bad I don’t care if its Z or GTR

An iconic line with a fascinating history. Love that the one from Fast & Furious made the feature. I also particularly enjoyed how aggressive the Nismo looks and the detail of the katana inspired design.
The new Z is amazing, I've never personally gotten to drive one, but if it's anything like my 350z's, I know for a fact it would be a blast to drive!! Can't wait to get behind the wheel of one someday. Great video, although I wish the 350z was featured. It really is one of the best Z's in my opinion! Perfect combo of power and rawness before the 370z and after the 300zx!

What does "DNA of the GTR" mean. I assume that the Z Nismo isn't just a GTR with a body kit, so what is this GTR DNA? Just racing mods? Or is there something brought over from the GTR specifically?

Nismo Z inspired by GT-R...uhm no. It's inspired by Nismo. To say inspired would mean theirs something similar, but these two cars go about in totally different design, and mechanical directions. Only thing "similar" is both have been tuned/engineered by Nismo.

I'm sorry to correct you on Nissan's name. Nissan has always been Nissan from day one. The name Datsun was created for the North American market.
