In the quiet seaside village of Haven's Edge, the arrival of a massive iceberg just off the coast was a spectacle that drew everyone's attention.
The townspeople, accustomed to the occasional drift of ice from the north, gathered to observe this colossal visitor. However, as the morning light grew stronger, revealing the iceberg's proper form, a collective gasp echoed among the crowd.
The stunned residents turned pale, their eyes fixed on the unbelievable sight that the iceberg had brought so close to their homes.

    • Until a space craft approached and a Extra-Terrestrial exited the craft. We started talking and before we knew it we were friends. We had to create a homing beacon because my new alien friend left his brothers space craft parked at the unknown location where he boarded the asteroid.

  • I believe it is extremely, dangerous to approach icebergs like that. You never know what part may fall off and they have been known to roll over as well. Now, if it's the size of a small island then it may be stable enough but you are still, taking big risk.

    • It was a really big iceberg. I liked the Sovie style rescue helicopter complete with rocket pods. Maybe they were afraid of Afghans left over 1980 invasion of that country. Icebergs were a real threat in Afghanistan, lol.

  • Nine minutes for a 3 minute story. I lost count in the first three minutes how many times Michael's name was referenced. And how I enjoy the dichotomous stock images--like narrating about a telescope--and showing an image of a wind cup anemometer. I was also hoping that he would find a laptop with the initials HB on the cover...

  • Why did Michael ditch his brother's boat? Why didn't he tie it to the iceberg? What was Michael's exit plan? I wouldn't be too pumped if my brother took my boat out, anchored it offshore in some undisclosed location in the middle of the sea, and then abandoned my ship to get himself stranded on an iceberg. Maybe Mike wasn't planning on coming back?
