  • Great lesson, from the LHW GOAT. On a side note, you can see that he's been force feeding himself to keep his weight up, while recovering from the injury. I'd almost like to see him relinquish the HW belt, drop back down to LHW and fight the winner of Poatan and Hill. That will give him plenty of time to recover and preform at his best. Miocic doesn't need to be fighting for the belt anyway at this point in his career. Aspinall takes Bone's place as HW champ, and his first title defense is against Ciryl Gane, UFC 300. That gives Jon a pathway to still retire as a champ. Also, keeps the HW division from stagnation. Give Miocic a more realistic opponent for his retirement fight, like Volkov or Spivac. Both guys will put on a good fight.

You inspire respect to a lot of people. Everyone is listening carefully to you. You inspire respect to others. And even for you, you could really benefit from teatching to others, this brings satisfaction and peace of mind to transmit our knowledge to others. I practised Karate when I was young. Watching this video, it reminded me of the respect and teaching I experienced at that time. All the best for you from a personal perspective.

  • I tore my pec like 3 days before jones. I’m sure he had a way better surgeon and got it done right away unlike me who had to wait 5 weeks and had a shitty surgery. His physical therapy was probably top notch too so right now he is probably cleared to train full speed again. He can start a camp right now. I’m still in the middle of my ramp up phase for 3 more weeks and my pec wasn’t repaired the best but I’m still lifting weights fairly intense. Jones is probably5 weeks at least showed of me just for reference in case anyone is concerned about his injury

  • Jones is one of the goats if not the goat. Great lesson and everything, Jones has a lot of fighting knowledge. But I can’t help but think, the tactics he taught in this video only work for tall fighters. Reach is a huge advantage and a big part of this technique. Doesn’t seem like a shorter person can use this on a taller one. Maybe I’m wrong, if I am wrong then someone please correct me.
