I've pulled up a 65lb halibut from 130ft, lots of weight but don't fight super hard. It wore me out. Not sure I want to pull a 50lb grouper up, let alone from 150ft! LOL

I’ve done enough kayak fishing to know it sucks. I just dont know why you would choose to do that when a boat is available. Like the whole reason people use kayaks is because they dont have a boat. Your by yourself, which sucks. you can tip which sucks. You cant stand up which sucks. You cant run any distance which sucks, the wind and waves make it impossible which sucks. I just am not sure why you’d pay 7 grand to travel to fish in a kayak… Look at how much fun those guys are having… together… comfortable… IN A BOAT.
