Fishing with topwater poppers and doing some live bait trolling in Panama at Tropic Star Lodge. Left the kayaks and hopped on a boat for the day to fish for whatever bites on the ocean. Wrapped it up with a little jigging as well.

  • I finally saw Elias from the 3rd person and why do we call him Elias????? He looks like Popeye, I always thought man it’s gotta hurt those arms in the yak!!!! Now we all know it’s Mr. Popeye!!!!!! I’ve seen him with his beach cameras before, but nothing like it looked with him sitting in that chair on the boat, fighting that monster!!!! “Popeye Elias” I vote that’s our buddies new nickname!!!

    • Basically my thoughts as well! The other thing that stood out to me is how much milder the wind was for a week! So much more quality time on the water available. Consider getting two to three days of wind that cooperates to be decent in NC.
