My mum was very snappy, loud, she used the shaming method and shouting as discipline. Her mum was a real devil. She was spanking and shouting a lot. Most of people from my surrounding area is like that. That's what I got so interested in psychology. I wanted to understand what happened to them that they behave this way.

  • Holy crap Arnold just described my entire school career. Daydream all day. And I would never tell anyone about my visions and dreams. Everyone already thought I was strange. I wasn't putting crazy on myself. Arnold this is a true story. I was working on a boat with my father and saw an issue of Powerboat and Motor yacht magazine. That magazine lit a fire inside me. It was there annual issue featuring the top 100 largest private yachts on earth. I once said " I'm going to live on a yacht over 100 foot" I was around 19-20 years old. I started in the right direction. With real Life and me allowing the naysayers to creep in and influence my direction. i started following the mediocre rules and not my goals. Never again. What a great interview. 100000% This is a download worthy. My favorite rule is the giving back. For me that's why I want such I'm looking forward to the good I will do for combat veterans around the world.

  • I love the fact that he was willing to learn about new things, even when they collided with his deep-core beliefs or preferences. And he still learns and looks at every encounter as something valuable, something he can learn from. He is a lovely example of how people evolve and develop.

  • He was and still is a motivation for people around the world, I still remember Terminator 2 movie like I watched it today and had no idea what bodybuilding even means! But I saw him and I say, one day I want to have a body like him! I don't have his sizes but 15 years later I am still working out and I enjoy every single rep! Great Interview, thank you Jay

  • Jay, you're truly inspiring! 🌟 I've been following your incredible content, and during a recent retreat with the amazing Lisa Haisha, a renowned life coach, she recommended your interview with ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER on changing life trajectories. She couldn't have been more right; your insights and wisdom are absolutely transformative. You've become one of my absolute favorites!

  • Wow! What a great interview. Jay asked the best questions and just allowed Arnold to talk. As Arnold, I believe in visualization but I believe there is Destiny too. What Arnold says about looking forward to his day, is some real wisdom. "Pick a goal" is such a great suggestion. I also loved that he talked about his family and the dilemma of being Governor and being a family man.

  • I saw Arnold once. Star struck by only him. I met stars, but he walked by me, in MN... In 94-95? I couldn't speak, because his soul is so BIG. It was hard to take in, as an empath. He is love. I couldn't place it, until now. He cares about everything, and everyone. Maybe that's where I caught the flu?! lol

  • Man this guy’s truly remarkable. I’m one of those people who have only known him for his name and new things he was doing, but to actually hear him speak-- WOW. I have a funny “Honorable Woman and Honorable Men” List in my notes of people who truly inspire me and to pick my mentors (I already have you Jay on the list actually 😉) and Arnold is definitely on there now. I have seen many of Jay’s interviews and a LOT of people really have a number of blowing my mind but this tank of a man here REALLY blew my socks off. So intelligent, eloquent, classy, inspiring, and interesting! I don’t comment on videos and i’m listening to this in the car going to a yoga class, this interview made me smile all the way through and bring tears to my eyes when he said “i’m so PROUD of myself!” What a sentence you don’t hear often, I had to comment on here! 👏🏼 What a TRUE great leader on wanting to bring political parties together instead of separation and creating division which this world already has enough of. This man will lead his people well. Applause all around.

  • Amazing interview Jay! 3 things I keep to myself that called my attention: 1) feel a privilege of being yourself as we all are God's in a human dress in this world. 2) No plan B at all so this will not distract us from achieving our goals and/or purpose and 3) Have confidence and clear vision of what you want 💯💥 Love it!! Thank you 4 sharing ❤️‍🔥

  • I love your channel! Honestly there are only a few podcasts I make a point to try and catch! ☺️ Anywho, Arnold is such an inspiration to those of us who have hard circumstances... Because I think one of the biggest challenges to making the changes to achieve success is a person's limits... Environment specifically. It's always a choice what we're going to do with the cards we're handed... So to speak. This touches home for me, as I spent many years in really rough circumstances. Thank you for such an inspiring conversation! Much luv to to you both from northern Michigan! ☺️❤️

  • Everyone has dreams, but only a handful can transform them into a clear vision and, more importantly, a goal and then reality. Arnold Schwarzenegger accomplished this feat not once but three times: as a bodybuilder, an actor, and a politician. He excelled in all three endeavors, and that's why he is one of the most inspirational individuals on Earth.

I very much enjoyed listening to every bit, so very interesting and the arnold is very good in his choice of words, very well spoken. You have also provided a nice background and got the lighting and mood perfect. You have earned a subscriber. Look forward to more.

  • So glad to hear his stories. I’d lost my good impression of him when it came out that he’d had a child with their house cleaner and then raised him in front of his wife and other children without them knowing. He might have done worse, of course, had he refused his child. Life gets complicated 😮😢
