@@yjjeeper1 I own a 69 with those hood latches, you can pull them out just as he did in the video without worry of scratching the paint. Now, I wouldn't have just let them drop down without care as he did, but it still wouldn't scratch anything. It's not going to scratch the paint because there are stainless steel plates under the hood pins.

In my opinion this is the most beautiful car ever made. Every single detail of this masterpiece is just magnificent.
Not a fan of the small lights added next to the headlights or the side skirting with side exhaust. Makes it look cheap to me.

I've had a 1966 Mustang since 1997 and I think it's crazy that the value for a base 289 is about the same, however if it's anything above that such as a HiPo, Boss, Shelby, etc, they have gone up tremendously. I kind of wish I bought something a little higher optioned because it would have cost about the same to fix up.

@@poolie6662 b for build KZhead channel basically built Eleanor, but with new technology from a newer mustang, but the Eleanor name licensing company sued b is for build and took the car from them because they called the car Eleanor which is a copyrighted name for a car because the Eleanor car is considered a character by law so any car/mustang named Eleanor or has anything to do with gone in 60 seconds is technically by law owned by the Eleanor llc company.
B is for build deserved it

One of the worst fake Boss 429's in history...it is all wrong...the consensus is it is a 69 Mustang GT or possibly a Mach I...just the most obvious stuff is the Boss didn't have hood pins, didn't have a rear spoiler and the hood/scoop were the body color...and the Boss scoop was HUGE...and the stance was much different with bigger tires (the rear fender wells were slightly rolled too to accommodate the bigger tires). And the wick car sounds NOTHING like a solid lifter Boss 9 Engine...to me it sound like a 351 Windsor and is not even a color offered in the Boss 429 in either '69 or '70.
Steve Fowler My Dad bought a '69, ordered a Cleveland, got a Windsor. It was not a fastback and had a manual. My mom got it in their divorce, always hated it and her "boyfriend" sold it right from under me when I was 10 yrs old.
@@jimbot67nite14 Yeah the Cleveland was not officially offered until 1970 model year...but had your Dad bought his stang in early fall perhaps it was on the dealer options list by then. But officially the Cleveland was not available in the '69 mustangs
