As a Mustang enthusiast, the Eleanor is the ride I want to ride in at least just one time in my lifetime. Looks gorgeous!!
You can build it yourself now
I know the guy who has one of the original three that’s still in circulation!
I love how it has the actual sound as the movie car. The exhaust alone gets your adrenalin going.
Gave me chicken skin for REAL!! This is my dream car. I'm a Firebird chick, but a Shelby GT is my vision (esp with a KR Police Interceptor with boost/nitrous)
I’m not a mustang guy but that never stopped me from thinking Eleanor was a badass. I was able to get a sense of how well she handled through the way the video was shot. Well done 👍
Ya, not a big mustang guy either but God I love this car
In the end it's a Ford!! Fool
Same lane fellas but this one yeah
lol I had to forget about her my account said hell no
That car is to die for , man oh man!!!! It has a killer sound
I know the guy who has one of the original three that’s still in circulation!
I honestly appreciate the work these guys do just to keep this classic car alive true craftsmanship.
Beautiful car
Fantastic car. I'm a huge Mustang fan and this is super cool. Classic Mustang with the all the right parts but still driveable. And a ton of fun to drive any which way you want.
To each their own I find it beautiful. Sounds, looks, speed, build quality. Good work guys.
Wow, great video, great quality video production and shots, well done! 👍🏻 And I love these shops working hard and making such top-quality, fully-drivable show cars. No babying this one!! 👍🏻
This is my dream car! Simply amazing and very well put together.
The Quality of this shops craftsmanship is just Outstanding! Using Roush Power under the hood ensures Performance and Reliability and Longevity second to none. Outstanding!🤘🏼 I would Love to have this shop build me a Holley Injected Roush 427 PROCHARGED BULLITT!
Australia has plenty of history as far as muscle cars with wicked sounding V8 exhausts go , but this is the most evil sounding naturally aspirated V8 I have had the pleasure of listening to , terrific job on an equally impressive car . Many aussies will say our old school muscle cars in general look better than most American iterations , but this is beautiful .
Incredible piece of engineering and art.
B is for build....
It's cool to see someone build outstanding cars the fit of everything comes thru love the motor and exhaust
Look up B is for Build and Eleanor and let me know if you still like the car after seeing what it represents now.
Beautiful attention of details, really great job for Fusion Motor Co.! I love it!👏😍
They really nail it with no corners cut at all
I like how he made reference to B is for Build getting their Eleanore car taken away because it wasn’t properly licensed.
I caught that too, it's great that they can get a laugh out of it.
Can we all agree that it's bogus that they can take someone's property because of ignorance?

Yoel and the team at Fusion are a amazing! My wife loves her Eleanor so much! 🖤
They really are amazing. Good people and the work is as good as it gets
What a beauty... a masterpiece.
That's the dream car! That 427 sound incredible
Just amazing, there hasn’t been such an amazing cult classic car since the Bullet in my opinion. Simply gorgeous, great work Fusion.
The Bullitt is just a green Mustang with no spoilers.. it doesn't have the kind of presence that Eleanor does.

Your buying one....ok bullshitter. You couldn't buy a go kart
That looks and sounds fantastic and you guys forgot the flatbed jump on the test drive, lol.
Great to see this video. I have myself now three years behind to making same looking, all the way, Eleanor Mustang. Big project but this summer is ready to road!
So how do you give a thumbs down to one of these beauties. I love cars. Not brands. This one is amazing
Because some people really don't like carbon fiber
Very good and quality built car. What a sound! Really deep bellowing sound from thar Roush engine. Keep the good cars comin!
Such a high quality build in all respects. Love the sounds and the drive!!
The Car that got me into cars. What a machine. Beautiful. I really like the mix of old with the new. Great work.
Love it. Incredible work on such an amazing car. Fun fact: I did the Nic Cage sound-alike at the end of Gone in 60 Seconds when it fades to black, "Ah, don't do this to me." :)
Why didn’t Nick do it himself?
@@MistaVauros Nick hate's doing is own ADR - Automated Dialog Replacement for films. I worked in LA for 22 years as a voice actor. For 10 years, when Nic was in his prime, I was fortunate enough to have voiced many films and projects doing sound a-likes for Nic.
@@davefouquette4192 Ah, Ok. You just taught me something. Never heard that term/acronym until now.
@@davefouquette4192 He hates doing his own ADR or just hates having to go back and do it?
@@TOMVUTHEPIMP When I worked on Gone in 60 Seconds, I was told by the voice director that Jerry Bruckheimer said up front that Nic does not like doing his ADR. That’s all that I know. This worked great for me as a voice actor, as I can do a pretty dead-on Nic Cage sound alike. I was lucky enough to have worked on many Nic Cage films and projects during his heyday.
I had a Roush 427IR in my Pro Touring Cougar, it was Great ! Pulled hard, started every time, no issues.

When I googled that engine and then hit the shopping tab, I laughed. No Mustang comes close to it in the build world, so shiny, perfectly bricked, etc.
If i could ever afford it(which i can never) I would take one from your workshop and firm. Absolutely great work! Well done. 1 of many Dream cars!
My Grandma's/(Mom) name was Eleanor.. She and my Grandpa along w/my Dad raised my identical twin sister and I. Mom passed away not so very long ago she lived to be 99. Growing up w/lots of aunts and uncles and a young father. We grew up w/ muscle/sports cars AND motorcycles. Enjoyed the video! 👍

I'm not a huge mustang guy but A+ on the quality of the build!
Quality is as good as it gets imo
Super humble builder…badass car…Love it!!!
Just started watching your vids. Awesome mate. Keep up the great work. From New Zealand.
WOW.... just....WOW.... GORGEOUS car! Worth every penny!!!
I agree especially when you see what components are used and the quality of fit and finish
Man!!! Simply an Art Museum!!!😎👍
Not gonna lie that’s the best sound I’ve ever heard in my life.
Fusion is the best eleanor/fastback builder in the world !! The fitment and the use of other parts are amazing!
Agreed all the way
Rien que le moteur est une œuvre d'art à lui tout seul, quel beauté cette Eleanor M Fastback
Damn.....I don't know what to say. Absolutely beautiful! One of the loves of my life. Sick shop too....🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

The sound of this car is incredible. Absolutely perfect
I may say that's my favorite this is my favorite..... But Eleanor will ALWAYS HAVE A PLACE IN MY HEART AS "MY FAVORITE" car of all time!!! Truly majestic creature.

Absolutely awesome what you guys are doing at fusion, a credit to all the guys at fusion. Well worth the $250-$300 k , I think that people that put up comments about been not original are jealous, they need to get over themselves and enjoy what’s been birthed( Eleanor)
Anyone that has anything bad to say about this or Fusion is a donkey.
That's right the hell with original my 1968 fierbird is nowhere never original way better and safer than original love these cars!! Just awesome period!!!
I know the guy who has one of the original three that’s still in circulation!
Still a fan of the Unique Performance builds that came out 15 years ago.
I remember those... I wonder whatever happened to them, they were using their license so I think they're still safe to call Eleanor's right? I remember looking at a behind the scenes of their shop everything.
Never saw one up close but they did look great
@@PACKERMAN2077 I believe they convicted the owner of title washing, but it didn't really seem like he was trying to defraud anyone, just took too much liberty in building them, without considering all points of the law in regards to building them. They were definitely officially licensed Shelby products and Ford even gave the cars new VINs. In typical fashion, both Ford and Shelby walked away from him after the government took issue.
I’m surprised Denise didn’t order them all confiscated from their owners on sole technicality since she doesn’t give a crap about the cars or the community and only wants money.
@@Oldfolks420 After reading about the story, it didn't seem like the company was actually guilty of title washing and that they were prosecuted on a technicality, what's your understanding of the situation?
Great content guy's! Damn you gotta know just how blessed you are. I feel the joy for ya as well. Thanks and God Bless
Lord that sound is just insane
The level of craftmanship is incredible. Not a fan of this model Mustang but damn it´s a great build!
Quality is tops as are components used
Your favorite car is probably a Grimlin or a pacer
Man, the sound!
So good!!
Sounds like it has a screw supercharger under the hood (maybe has an all gear driven camshaft setup? no typical timing chains).. and with the exhaust tone too... KICK ASS car!!
That's my dream car. Thanks so much for sharing this amazing video.
Every time I see an Eleanor, I can hear the song playing; Trevor Rabin - The Last Car
One beautiful bad ass machine of my dreams
Great video Shawn! Beautiful ride
absolute beauty.... The person is really a passionate car builder.
So that's where all the fastbacks went. All kidding aside, one of the nicest exhaust note and over-all build.
Seeing as they have some how got a license from Denise, I'd say they been getting cars from her that she STOLE from others.
@@violentdawg No, they just have to write her checks.
@@TOMVUTHEPIMP Not anymore, finally a judge with some sense stopped her BS trademark and forced her to give what cars she still has to their rightful owners. She can no longer steal people's cars.
@@violentdawg I heard she was running around suing everyone with a Mustang.
@@TOMVUTHEPIMP She was, for years and years judges were allowing her to sue anyone that named their cars "eleanor" and in the lawsuits she demanded the cars. Finally after years (since her husband passed) a federal judge stepped up and said what has been allowed is simply illegal. I can't remember the whole case but I'm pretty sure she was demanded to give back all cars in her warehouses to their rightful owners. I could be wrong, I just know she no longer can take them or sue.
First 30 seconds of the guy talking and I’m like, damn this guys the real thing
My dream car! Amazing work, Thank you.
Absolutely stunning!
Gorgeous car. Back when I turn 21 my first car was 1995 GT Mustang love that car but this one is phenomena Mustang. very touch of work is amazing. Thanks for sharing this wonderful video a true beauty.
Sounds freaking amazing
Shawn, I would love to own one of these cars. Hell! However, by the time I got it to Canada it would probably cost around $400,000 plus duty, rate of exchange etc. To lighten the car even more it might be awesome to see full carbon fiber doors as an option. They could even use sound deadner to give it that nice closing door sound. The interior part of the doors, and jams, may even be fully exposed carbon fiber (like the trunk edges) with billet chrome and leather accents on the panels. The artistic side of my brain is working overtime again.
Sounds sweet
I can watch this video again and again, never get tired
All I have for this is WOW! It truly is a legend.
Nice car, glad to see you do one of the 'proper' ones. The Eleanor from the 2000 rendition of Gone in 60 Seconds is definitely a love it or hate it car as is the movie with car enthusiasts but for me it is one of my all time favorites. It looks like they have a really nice product. And that sound, it really does sound like the car in the movie: I've seen the ending at least 100 times and the sound really does match the movie. I don't deny it likely takes near that money for a quality to shop to build one of these cars including the LABOR but that is still a HUGE chunk of change no matter how you look at it as it is still a Mustang at the end of the day, plus, they are building several of the same car meaning they are stamping out the same body panels in bulk numbers; it is not like it is a one off custom where every detail is a design of its own. While the cost of quality labor is what it is, there are probably ways to trim the cost down some in terms of the hard parts like the use of carbon fiber which I personally wouldn't "need" or want exposed on a 60's era muscle car as I think it's more fitting on something like a European exotic but to each their own. I have to imagine that you are also paying for that licensed name too. Speaking of which, the company Classic Recreations has been putting out these cars for a long time too including variants of it, BTW, and I believe a while back they also claimed to be the "one and only true Eleanor." Going on their website just now, though, it appears that may have changed but I haven't followed all the logistics around the rights to that name as many have been commenting here about.
I don’t know how to add photos from my camera roll to this post. If I work it out I’ll post a couple of photos
Oh man pure muscle, impressive road handling. When I was in grade school during the 60s my dad, and my uncle's drove Ford's Chevy's, and Pontiac's... I loved the power. Excellent video fellas. Cpl. Cano Honorably Discharged Marine Corps Veteran

As a Chevy guy I can say without a doubt mustangs have the best exhaust sounds
'Officially' Eleanor is a 1971 Ford Mustang Sportsroof
True but most people know the 2nd movie and the 67
Now it's funny how the lackluster remake of movie used a Superior model of mustang so it became more cherished
That car was an eyesore with a limp motor.
Lmao the 1971 was an ugly turd of a car that's best forgotten

THANKS FOR SHARING AWESOME VID FUSION ROCKS AWESOME STANG
What a beauty….I just saw you guys drive by my office building in the video 😳 WOW…maybe I’ll be lucky enough to actually see one on the streets.
Beautiful era and theme appropriate vehicle. Great craftsmanship. Price tag is steep though. With that budget I am sure you could build similar for a lot less
Just don't call it Eleanor or you best believe Denise will take it and add it to the collection of cars the shitty court system allows her to do over a name. A lot of people's lives have been absolutely ruined by her. The system might as well allow her to take all children named "Eleanor" at this point.
Cool car, indeed. I'd still opt for a 427 GT40 or Cobra from Superformance. In this price range it's all about what you really dig and there are very cool choices if you have the bread to make it happen.
I hear ya and probably would do the same but this Eleanor is amazing build quality and the drive is exceptional
@@AutotopiaLA where can I purchase a Elenore at ?

Wow, look at all the nice coatings! Very nice!
The nostalgia is unreal! That car means everything to every car guy! So bad ass...
@Eternal Cowboy there are many cars i would take over this but rolling gag, i disagree. To me its like the cars from fast and furious. Although i wouldnt put all those stickers and lights on my own car, the cars from that movie is what we all grew up on and they all deserve a place! Back in the day anyone would have killed for one of those hero cars and now nahh they are all wack... smh
@@fishpony1211 what he means by the running gag thing is that basically Eleasnore is a trademark for a company, so if you even CALL anything that, they can sue you. B is For Build had his repro literally stolen out from under him by a lawsuit (after it was finished of course). So they pretty much burned every bridge in the restoration world. Like all of them. At once.
@@Brianlikescars crap didnt know.
@@fishpony1211 yeah man, the hatred for these cars is off the charts now. I never really cared for them that much anyway. Nothing against them tho. But now when I hear "official eleanor" all I can think about is that old hag suing people for the name. They actually sued carol shelby once, can you believe that? Her lawyers said "it could be a bright yellow school bus, but if you call it eleanor, its ours" They actually sued shelby for making a car too similar to the eleanor car, the guy who designed it in the first place.
Is one of the cars so close to the original movie car, maybe this is More Better Because she has modern suspension and component. She Is Awsome!
I love the entire vehicle, well done.

Love the car, but all the “Eleanor” badging just makes it tacky. I don’t think the original design had that.
Yeah you're right I believe in the movie it actually had Shelby badging on it. 😎
The first company to do this, Unique Performance, simply had a GT500E badge on the car and that was pretty tasteful.
If you built one like the original with Shelby badges you would get sued by Shelby. Can't win either way.
@@vette63 Not if you make a deal with them and cut them in on it. Also, if you're doing a quality build one off, they may sign off on it just for the highervisibility of their name.
