New Lives in France - Episode 5 - Kirsty and her life in the French countryside as a gardener at Château de Lalande - In the fifth episode of my new series, New Lives in France, I meet up with gardener at Château de Lalande, Kirsty. Why did Kirsty make the move over to France? How did she end up working at one of Escape to the Chateau’s (now Chateau DIY) most well-known chateaux? And where does she find the time to look after all of her beautiful animals? Find out all this and more in this episode of New Lives in France.

  • Kirsty is a sweetheart to know and admire, uncomplicated, no ego, kind to all animals and humans, hard working , great gardener , I imagine that if she is your friend then you are a very lucky person.   • Everybody loves Kirsty! She is a mighty force in the garden and with all of her furry and feathered friends. Stephanie and Dan are really lucky to have her on the staff at Chateau de Lalande. The garden, flower beds, hedges and mote have been transformed. It's been a monumental task, all captured on multiple vlogs. Kirsty's witty and brite and she's become a KZhead star in her own right. Kirsty rocks!

    • I think keeping a fine line of professionalism and integrity is important to Kirsty (amd refreshing imo). Her private rooms, relations etc isn't relevant as she's not a lifestyle vlogger. She's generous with exposure as it is considering she's a gardener and small farmer/homesteader and not in the mediaexposure business. She's a great asset to Lalande as head gardener and soon with a new assistant and clearly has a life of her own that has a different focus than the chatelaines. Respect. ❤️
