Все по людски делают,профессионально,с душой.4 часа смотрю не насмотрюсь,самому теперь ремонтировать захотелось.
Вот боюсь потом в масло систему зальют отработки .Значительно дешевле чем покупать новое. В итоге незадля снова в ремонт. В редуктора часто на видео что слили то и обратно.

Топовая мастерская страны.Есть токарный , микрометр , сварка и самое главное единственный в стране верстак.
Верстак не один. Там ,у них , ещё один человек ,топливный насос на верстаке перебирал. Остальные всё на коленках. А так то я удивился. Верстак, стулья. Токарный в хорошем состоянии. Наждак на стене и с коЖухом. Похоже это официальный дилер...
у токарника даже шабровка на станине виднеется! такое я у них точно в первые увидел, видимо станок совсем свежий

Finally a professional shop with a real work table and micrometer. Not the typical working on dirt, throwing machined parts an the ground and smashing everything with a hammer that is the usual shop we see. I'm positive the products this gentleman is making are as good as new. Thanks for sharing.

What a refreshing video! I watched numerous videos and this was one of the best. You could really tell that this guy knew what he was doing and took pride in doing it. Equally impressive was the condition of the machines and cleanliness of the shop. There wasn't swarf all over the floor or machines, he didn't throw the parts on the floor only pick them up multiple times. He even took the time to cover the ways when he got the grinding stone, dressed it and ground the pump gears. Great job!

Was it really his young APPRENTICE, or taking advantage of a child? I just saw another video that showed a child in the factory who could easily get hands in a machine and lose them.
@bllourias I can't speak for the other video, but the boy in this one sure didn't appear to be 'taken advantage of'. He seemed eager to help and was grinning widely on several occasions. In many countries this is exactly how you become experienced in your future profession. He is very likely the son of the man in the video and seems happy to help out.

Am in North America now but used to go to lathe and mechanical shops as a boy in Afghanistan; and I’m so glad I did. I can repair almost anything now.

какая тут точность? жесть просто, что этот одноглазый мастер сделал... станок хай класс написано, а резец на камне заточил))))))ну у соседей можно купить с сменными пластинами, ну не так дорого же ... китай давно норм делает, как раз для подобных мастеров... и понта больше будет, типа золотом точит...

My respect for the lathe guy! He really knows his thing! Very good job! I have watched a lot of this kind of videos and I can say for sure this pump is revived as new! If I ever get stranded with a broken pump in Pakistan you guys are the way to go!

Притирать бронзовые щеки друг об друга с пастой нельзя. В насосе будут работать как притиры. Шестерни износятся быстро по торцу. ИМХО
@@briananthony4044 by their dress n some of his videos indicate location and it always seems to be Pakistan, specifically rawalpindi in the north which is a large industrial center, whereas India n Bangladesh trend more electronics n manufacturing respectively - from my observations.
@@jaewok5G Yes it is. I went to the home page and it said they were taken in Pakistan. I think of Pakistan as home to fanatical Islamise, nice to see videos like this of ordinary people just enjoying each others company and carrying out their work, passing skills to those younger.

Worked a Cat certified rebuild facility here in the states for 16 years and I gotta say, other than corporate having cleanliness issues, dude did a fine job on that pump. salvaged the gear sets and and resurfacing the pump shells looked great. would love to see a flow test of it, but I think it should get the job done, after all its just a danged ol' loader 😉 good work guys

As with a lot of these videos you think that can't work but no doubt it does. 100% probably not but you work with what you have. It makes a change these days to see things being repaired not thrown away. And to see generations of people keeping that going. All most of us know how to do now is open the box from China and take the new part out.
What really amaze me is how childs, are involved in hard works since very early age. In our "developed" countries this is not permitted. But boys who start to work early in his lives are better citizens than those who are gaming or playing. Cheers and my profound respect to those miniheroes, from my poor but not surrended Venezuela.

You would think this is only in other 3rd world countries, but my experience working at a shop that processed turbine blades for Pratt & Whitney engines back in 2001, totally reminds me of this work environment, only somewhat better. Plus the kind lathes I see hear were being used at machine shop in the University I went to in Connecticut from 1996 -2001, to teach engineers about Metal cutting and manufacturing.

They do their job under difficult conditions, often without precise measuring devices, etc. You need to have a fairly perfect mind to do your job. I am always full of admiration for these People. Big RESPECT. Regards 👌. Moreover, as a teenager, I helped the blacksmith, Mr. Józef, in the forge. Through the levers, I started a large air smoke machine and a vertical drill with a large flywheel. Later, I also operated a large milling machine. These were my hobby activities. Currently, I specialize in the new generation BLHF-RM four-phase synchronous motor. Please see to KZhead. Regards 😀.

I'm impressed, the quality of work these people put out. Great video show's what you can do without all the fancy machines like we have in the USA.
You have to admire old school skills especially being past on to the young lad. You can not beat the human touch and eye. I'd trust their skills rather that some all singing machines.

Здесь ЧПУ на коленке.Я думаю что из парня получится хор.специалист.Но в настоящее время еще нужно спец.образование.Хотя человеческое прикосновение победить нельзя.

This is a huge cut of the face of the pump. Notived how he forced the micrometer onto the pump plate - good way to ruin the surfaces of the instrument. He takes a precision part and puts it on a conrete floor and pounts the daylights out of it - Indian precision parts - Wonderful.

I am impressed. Attention to detail working in 10 to 20 thousandths, those bushings are not easy. It was like butter going in. well done, very well done.

We disassemble, then we check all bearings and surfaces and take note of any in need of repair. We fix anything that needs it, and ONLY that. We clean it up and paint it pretty. Then we package it up as TOTALLY BRAND NEW I once worked at a place in DETROIT that did that, only they were marked ' remanufactured ' one of my jobs was checking bearings to see if they were reusable.

Классно микрометром пользуется,с его усилием можно и +5 соток затронуть)Но притирка пастой это шедевр.Хотя растут,я думал он её об пол доводить будет.
Я согласен с тобой но темнемение ремонт произведен и будет работать может быть с ресурсом меньше чем новый но а может быть и также как новый а покупка там уних такой запчасти новой неподёмная сума да и в росии такая запчасть стоит как крыло от боинга и некаждый может позволить сибе купить новое

@@Barzoj. Это с каких пор шестеренчатый насос, может стоить как крыло от Боинга? Если эта деталь так дорогА, то и ремонтировать её надо по нормальному. Не точить, а потом непонятно как доводить, а шлифовать на плоско-шлифовальном.

Это Пакистан. У индийского олигарха станок был бы из цельного куска золота.
Ну это уже по сравнению с тем что раннее видел -уровень... Станочек боле мение свежий и не загаженный ,какие не какие резцы есть, даже микрометром удивил , правда пипец он микрометр перетягивал .Да и работа выполнялась не на кортонах и не на земле в пылюке , как обычно у этих ребят бывает . Молодец что пацаненка обучает ,толк будет).Люди работяги здесь ни чего не скажешь ,но вот судя по действиям , уровень учебных заведений где обучаються всему что сязано с металообработкой -слабоват , хотя возможно все упираеться в минталитет.
Уровень на высоте, особенно если в таких условиях и за такие деньги. нибось нашему дай, в сто раз условия, так закажет через интернет, сделает штук пять перепродаж и втюхает потребителю. И ролики снимать не будут. Вот тут точно менталитет.
С микрометром конечно по жесткому обращается.
