  • I like how they rolled the crankshaft across the dirt floor and then dropped it in on the dry main bearings with no oil. I'm amazed at what they can do with that ancient machine shop dial indicator and the tools they have but a lot of things are careless. No wonder all those cylinder liners are corroded from cavitation they run straight water in everything. All that hard work to build an engine that will last maybe one-third of what it should last I admire their hard work but some of the things just make me shake my head

  • Yeah. Nice roll job on the crank across the floor... and they didn't clean the crank when they stuck it back in the block.. a little Rock on the mains and your back to square one...

  • You can see they never thoroughly cleaned the crocus from the engine. Also, they didn't number the main or rod caps. It might make it past cold start!!
