This is actually my favorite Pink Floyd album. Everyone talks about "Dark Side", "The Wall" and "WYWH". This album has it's own sound...a darker, more bleak atmosphere. I mean love all of Pink Floyd's albums...they're my favorite band of all time. But there's something about "Animals", just the raw texture of it. It has a distinct sound that other Floyd albums don't, and "industry" sound andI think that was by design. It was the first album they recorded in their new studio, but still....amazing album.

Man this song brought back some awesome memories. I am 59 and I know those days are gone never to be lived again but it still brings water to my eyes. I have never missed something so bad. All hail the good days and kick ass trips. Live well one and all.

Haven't seen this animation for MANY Years, but it seems even more real now, that it did when it was first released. Always loved " Dogs " from the Animals Album, especially live.....

Best PF album by far! Concise, clear, great guitars, keyboards, drums, bass and lyrics. This is a total kick-ass!
