  • Nice recipe. Allow the dough to rest not in the freezer but in the refrigerator for at least one hour after you make the first and second fold. This allows the glutan to rest and makes it easier to continue with folds three and four. Again, after you place the filling allow the dough to rest in refrigerator for one half hour. Then brush with egg, make holds with fork, and bake. Good job...
