Easy Way to Make Triple Crispy Puff Pastry :: After Knowing This Method, I Don't Buy It.

I made pastries much easier than the usual way.
I made it thicker and it was 3 times more crispy than normal pastry.
From the sound to the taste, it's the best.
It is explained in detail so that even beginners can follow it, so please make it.
The sheet made is not only pastry,
You can use it in various ways such as tarts or pies.
*** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
[6.5cm x 9cm = 6 pieces]
✤ Dough
- 250g Bread flour
- 50g Room temperature unsalted butter
- 3g (1tsp) Salt
- 10 g (1Tbsp) Sugar
- 120ml Cold water
- 120g Room temperature unsalted butter (for spreading)
✤ Filling
- Strawberry Jam
- Chocolate Jam
✤ Before Baking
- Egg wash (2Tbsp eggs + 2Tbsp milk)
✤ Tips
- Since it was winter, the room temperature was low, so I rolled it right to the end without refrigerated tissue paper.
- If the dough becomes soft due to high room temperature, rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before rolling.
- If the dough is soft, there are no layers, and it bakes in lumps like scones.
-You can make the pie size and shape as you like.
- Store in the refrigerator and consume immediately after defrosting at room temperature.

Whoa! 👍🏼 Usually you have to make sure the butter is cold and let the dough sit in the refrigerator for half an hour for about three times. This is a way better technique for laminated dough and you get all those layers.👏🏼

@@va1982000 A gordura tem a capacidade de envolver a molécula de glúten, ou seja ela dificulta a formação da rede de glúten o que resulta em um produto mais macio se esse for o objetivo.

@@disikurt324 я пробовал, не получилось, рецепт фейковый, либо рецепт другой у неё по факту, или нужно каждый слой промазывать маслом, или разрыхлитель положить, в общем так не поднимается, обманщица

@@v26rus , рецепт по продуктам хороший. Этот рецепт встречается часто в интернете. Но здесь нарушена технология . Нужно после того, как смазали маслом, класть тесто в холодильник. На 1 час или 2 часа. Если спешите, то можно на 20 минут в морозильную камеру. Потому что масло уже размягчается и впитывается в тесто. Слоистости не будет. Один раз смазали тесто, ну если очень быстро работать, можно 2 раза и быстро в холодильник. Процесс долгий . Поэтому я и стала это видео смотреть. Надеялась , что -то новое увижу((. Как моя дочь говорит: "Делала всю жизнь по своему проверенному рецепту, не нужно чудо искать в интернете".

@@dankmemes3542 i made this dough before yes.. It had to go to the fridge after each fold because if the butter came out it's over.. This recipe can be done in cold weather and it takes most the day.. It needs butter with little amount of milk and good flour.. I watched many videos before making it.. Many of them hide important tips.. Unfortunately.. This is why it seems easy
seem easy, but unless you have a VERY specific kind of butter and VERY specific ambient temp, puff pastry is a nightmare to pull off, even the flour needs to be especial, this is NOT EASY

Looks great! And that knife trick to turn the dough square is absolutely something I’ll be using. I’m curious, are you chilling your dough between folds? How are you getting that rise if not?
In the description they say it was winter and they were able to do it all the way through at once. it seems it was cold enough that they didn't have to.
@@jmn3726 in some countries, is very possible to do at one go (15C ambient temp give or take if your gonna try using regular butter), there is especial puff pastry butter and many more options and techiques for hotter countries
