Lori Vallow Daybell was convicted last year on all counts. Chad Daybell is now on trial for murder and conspiracy to murder.

Exactly. Who else would have been able to stand in his yard burning body parts for hours and not get noticed or questioned by the rest of the family and neighbours. Who else had the time to dig a, grave and then bury a body on his property, again without being noticed by the occupants and neighbours?

He’s just trying to be so emotive.

Without telling the family! Whenever he says it I keep thinking did the kids ask to be buried there? Did anyone ask their families if they could be buried in your backyard or even be gone so young? And Tammy? She was healthy. Did she ask? Because I don’t think so. I don’t know the affect it’s having on the jurors because they don’t know the case but that’s the affect it has on me.
Pryor is playing his dirty games and using suggestive language to imply that exhuming Tammy was somehow wrong, unjust and cruel. He is desperately trying to influence the jury and create a false picture of the Daybell family, including Chud, as innocent victims of the police, the FBI and everyone else. I do hope that the jury is sane, realistic and able to see through Pryor's cheap antics. Tylee and JJ were "dug up" as well, but he never mentions them and constantly pretends that Tammy's exhumation was unnecessary and not because of the suspicions that she was murdered. But tbh, after seeing how Pryor literally maligned JJ and misrepresented his autism as "being difficult" and "acting up" a few days ago, I didn't expect anything else from him. John Pryor is manipulative and absolutely revolting.

It's a slippery slope, for sure. It's been subject of debate for years. Is it easier to get a conviction for a non-DP case? Could be.
Look back at the OJ Simpson trial and how it turned into a battle of a proper investigation because the detectives were planting evidence and the prejudicial and racial slurs impacted the jurors decision not to find OJ guilty of Nicole and Ron's brutal homicides!

There was food in Tammy’s stomach so blows Chads testimony apart. Chad said she was throwing up and that’s just not true if her stomach was full of food. The timing he said she passed was inconsistent due to rigamortis. Chad is toast.

I hadn't previously considered it, but I am becoming suspicious of his children, especially Emma and Garth. First Emma, who accepted without apparent surprise that a body was found on their property or that her father was "not gonna be coming back". And Garth who was apparently unfazed (unsurprised) at his mother's death scene. Had his kids drunk the Kool-aid all along?

You can drink the kool aid without k!lling tho. It’s entirely possible they expected her to die because daddy dearest told them he kept having those visions. Those kids clearly inherited chads temperament. In other words, they might be psych0paths. But believe it or not, that doesn’t make them k!llers. Half of psych0paths are not impulsive which means those ones aren’t dangerous. It really just means they don’t feel sadness, fear, guilt, empathy… hence why that family is so monotone and “meh” about everything. Which IS weird but doesn’t necessarily mean anything. I don’t think Emma is “in the know”. She told the detective that the remains they found might just be their dog that passed a while ago. Unless she is the dumb3st person alive, she should know they would test the remains to conclude they are human AND who they belong to. So suggesting it might be a dog… that is not something a guilty person would say, I don’t think, esp since they already had it in their possession. I think she was processing the situation and that’s what popped in her head. Also, she and Chad didn’t know they were being recorded when he was in the cop car. She told her dad that she would lie to her husband to cover for him. Yet that’s the ONLY “incriminating” thing she said in that convo. So I don’t think she knows what this cult did. But I do think she’s brainwashed beyond belief.

One of the KZheadrs who was at court the first day that MG testified said that after she got off the stand there was a break. Pryor went chasing after her outside to serve her an appeana but she had disappeared. Apparently every time she had been served by Pryor before trial she refused the papers.

When Tammy phones, the police to report, what had happened Prior cut the tape off. Tammy clearly mentions a rifle and gun. Prior was very deceitful in what he did.

IMO it doesn’t matter if they are mainstream religious, fringe or some combo as the evidence is stacked up high. Prosecution did masterful job lining up “fitness witnesses” attesting to Tammy’s hardcore exercise routine and setting Emma up to look bad if she plans to say that Tammy wasn’t well. I don’t think Prior made many points today.
