    • The investigators were doing their job in exhuming her body, especially when she was one of several members of the Daybell and Vallow families to die with seemingly no reason. That is how murderers like his client are caught. Tammy Daybell got the respect and attention she NEEDED in order to bring her killer to justice. • It’s a very strange situation. Chad is clearly a brilliant conman ( goodness knows how as he comes across to me as a dimwit and most conmen are as sharp as a tack) he must’ve manipulated the children. They are in a family situation not complete strangers like us . They’re in a family situation and had no reason to doubt their father . Unconditional love and blind faith. Why would they see him like we all do? Easy to judge them but we don’t even know them . We get snippets of their lives but we are not seeing their lives as a whole . I’m not a soft person but personally I can’t reach a judgment about children that I know so little about . Not dissing anyone and not judging anyone’s comments about the children. Everyone is entitled to reach their own conclusions and comment as they choose . Just saying my point of view from what I know . Others might have far more knowledge about the children than me as I might have missed these facts .

The skin turns pale and greyish; in what is called lividity, the blood in the vessels flows down (down as in toward the ground) and blood will pool where gravity leads it, including leaking from its vessels and into the surrounding areas (extravasation). When it coagulates it turns black. This can look similar to bruising, Pseudo-bruising. Moeticians and pathologists will know the difference. If those were legitimate black eyes, meaning bruising that occurred ante mortem, they'd know and would have documented it.

    • As if the Police would believe what the family had to say after all the deaths around Chad. The Coroner wouldn’t take the families word either. So glad he had her exhumed.

  • For a lieutenant, this witness's diction and grammar are a joke. He doesn't grasp even basic word contractions and proper conjugations. Normally executive staff on the police force must have a college degree in order to hold a command-level position, so it's surprising to me that he is so challenged in public speaking.

    • Having a college degree does not automatically make you "smart." Nor does it make you a good public speaker.

    • @@chattahuffman5117 I didn’t say that. But at least they learn the basics in college. Stuff they should’ve learned in the 5th grade even. This guy is either really dumb, or was promoted to satisfy a minority quota. One or the other because he cannot even grasp basic speaking skills. It’s a disgrace that the rank and file of that department have to answer to him.

  • Weak judge! He doesn't even tell Pryor he's out of line for not saying, "Objection..." It seems like Pryor is in control here, not the judge. I have never seen such a disrespectful lawyer as Pryor - wow! Get a backbone, judge!
