Wait WTF is this, Just got this video in my recommended, last time I played SupCom FA was back in high school and I haven't watched anything related to this game since then ! God those memories I wasn't very good at the game but still loved it so much ! I'm so happy to see this video in 2019 !! This was super cool to watch, with high quality commentary, definitely going to subscribe (and play the game again)

Actually that nuke that killed Suzuji won this game. Or he would nuke rest of enemy easy. Sid did great job there, but his team was so passive, instead of some air snipes late game, they were completely outplayed.
You kidding? Sid had 150 mass income with twice the mex of either Blackheart or Isekai when they had over 400 *each.* I wouldn't say Sid did a great job at all, his team might not have been as aggressive as they could have been but he didn't really do much to take advantage of his unthreatened position and resource potential for the entire game.
@@Shenaldrac sid did a great job at dominating navy except that this map doesnt care about navy
Sid dominated his CORNER of the map. yes he gave map control to his team on the mainland on HIS side of the mainland, but the two players on the other team on the SOUTH side of the mainland held the ground and stopped Sid's team with better ground play. Sid could have done a lot more as he KNEW his primary opponents were in the opposite corner of the map, not on the mainland which is where he focused all his time and attention with that navy spam.
That overcharge at 25:50 is hilarious
Yes, I have had this happen to me a lot. It is the result of firing at a unit with overcharge that died after the shot has been fired. It is really funny sometimes!

How do you have a score of 2400 and not upgrade your mexes? I suck but even *I* know that once you take over from another player you gotta claim and take full advantage of their resource points.
thats true but bH and farms did nothing but eco for 25 mins. They didnt built anything. Sid was kicking ass with his navy.

Velaone is the underrated mvp of the ground game for holding off those tactical missiles for so long.
Team games with multiple factions, and nobody ever bothers building tactical missile defense for the UEF guy or Point Defense for the Cybran guy

Phim experimental nuke launcher could have been fun here. Tho blackheart island was hardly pressured until the first nukes started coming out. Can't help but wonder what an early naval game on that side could have done to them
thanks to you i downloaded FAF and what i can say? i am horrible at this game now ^^ didn´t played the game for at least 10 years.... hard to come back in against all these cracks edit: at my lst game we got spammed by nukes to... we had 4 SMD up but they managed to suck them dry and we lost a game with 7 to 2 uphand...

Why would they let Blackheart and Farm sit on the island pretty much unmolested for so long?. GB clan is trash but atleast System Failure tried to slow down the 2 most dangerous players.

Reclaiming t2 and making a t3 mex is better but only if you have the spare APM and buildpower, if mass is not critical upgrading is better.

i watch alot of starcraft, and this seems like its a quite good game also. problem is i dont know any of the slang or acronyms for any of this. do you have some videos were you explain more, and get into why people are doing what they are doing? like, i dont know what any of the experimental units are, and in your video, you just say "its a crabking" or whatever name it is, but i have no idea what that is, or what it does. i want to get into this, but these videos seem to be made for people already deep. do you have suggestions to get me there? even the beginning, what do you mean he is starting land, is that a opening strat? or he just built a land factory? how does that compare to air, or economic start(assuming that is even a thing). am i making sense?

Firstly, Nice videos. Secondly, game looks cool, I will suck at it, but I want to try it. Thirdly, why does the video keep going after the game ends?
The video keeps going to help prevent spoilers. People won't know when the game ends based purely on the video length. It's mostly just to help watchers who want to be surprised. The game being 1 minute from being over and 15 minutes from being over can hide a lot of surprises, sudden reversals, innovative tactics, comebacks etc.

Put engies on patrol or attack move (alt + right mouse click I think)

50:15 lilSidlil last to get nuked, still hasn't built enough nuke def, calls his team stupid.
Well for his defense i would say that even if he would have been building nuke defenses vs that nuke spam, it would been affctive as much as velaone attempts to block that cruiser fire at 28:10. The mistake of all of them was to leave two pro players untouched for most of the game and then be suprised that they show up with a nuclear rain and experimentel artillery
@@-JG-339 Every anti nuke costs less than a nuke. It's not comparable to tmd v cruiser since tmd doesn't kill the cruiser.
@@Hedning1390 you missed the point he didn't had enough eco or build power to compete with thous guys, if he tried that would end up the only thing he would been able to do. Maybe that would drag the game for anther 5 minutes. he had better chance tring to stop them them. Or take as many as he could with him
@@-JG-339 Yes, you're right, I didn't look at their eco.
Also note that he did more for advancing his team than anyone else on it. He was fighting on all cylinders, and still managed to shoot down more nukes than anyone else, while facing up against two pros who'd been sitting passive and eco-ing hard all game to be able to spam those nukes. It just wasn't really feasible for him to compete.
