What should have been The Amazing Spider-Man 2 ending

This film never had an end so I decided to create it.
Everything here was made in blender.
I spent two years on this project and it taught me a lot. Everything is not perfect in it, it has a big difference in level between the first and the last shot of the short film but it represents very well the course accomplished.
I really enjoyed everything in this project so I hope you will like the result too !
The TASM2 spiderman model is from : @gwen9p1 (INSTAGRAM)
The Rhino mech model is from : Yash Jethwani (ARTSTATION)
Big up to the drone shot that I steal from a youtube video.

    • Sony wants to make it, trust, however I know the production crews, writing staff, Marc Webb and Andrew Garfield are probably the ones on the fence. Like TASM3 should be made with the intent of it being great to let the creative have full control and not let it be studio driven or sales driven like AVI ARAD.

    • @dreadxll9688 if that was the case they wouldn't bother making Morbius, Kraven, Madame Web. They are obviously studio cash grabs and just trying to keep the rights to Spider-Man. They keep failing and I hope they do so that way they understand that people want Spider-Man with great stories and heart at the center.

  • I want to thank you so much for this. As a TASM fan, I've been through so many emotions regarding this franchise, hearing about people hating it, then knowing that there won't be a third one, and also seeing people's support for TASM start to surface after NWH. I can see so much effort placed into this, all the visual effects, directing, dialogues, fighting style. It was so well made, and it felt like a true part of what could have been TASM3. Thank you again.

That creases and fluttering motion from the costume is big part of why I adore this costume so much (along with the lens), It's small thing not many animators put so much thought into it, or viewers to really appreciate, but when done well, it makes the costume much more believable, and that little detail helping it stands out when compared to other Live Action suits, and you replicate that perfectly!

  • Honestly, some of the best work I’ve seen put together. My goodness. So many cool moments, my favourite was when he was inside the building and protecting the innocent. Really gave me a unique vibe with good set pieces choreographed. In so many ways does this take some truly talented individuals. Hats off to this.

  • honestly 8/10 it is a really good animation and the story lines are good they dont fell out of context and also i love that you respect the andrew personality of this spider man, what i feel that could be better is the shadows i mean the blacks from the movie are more black because they use like a reflect sphere to know the colors of the city in the actual film of spider man but in your case maybe match the black of the film with some filters should help to make colors more matchable and i mean for a solo spiderman proyect my men you are the goat you should make the amazing spider man 3 because that passion, dedication and creativity are in another level congrats for this proyect you are amazing

  • I can’t believe this, Andrew is my favorite Spider-Man and seeing this kind of took me back, people make this kinda scenes in studios worth millions of dollars and it’s not even that good sometimes, you’re crazy bro, you should continue to make your own TASM 3 on your own, little by little, like scene by scene and then put it all in a playlist at the end or something, Sony should hire you as a VFX animator

  • What I appreciated most about this was the genuine thought and effort put into making Spidey genuinely feel like himself in this. From the way he moves somewhat flashily, to the spider like crawling, to him tossing the can up in the air. The small details about his personality really show you know who Spider-Man is.
