Adventure 390 X looks cool and budget friendly with no nonsense electronics. You still get a 390CC engine, with around 60K lesser price, i think makes a better deal. Some say tyres aren't same bla bla bla, but i really think MRF tyres do a pretty decent job and last longer too...

Tyres make a huge difference. Just ride the 390 and 250 back to back. I wish we could option them on the adv X

Mostly 90% of the time the bike will be ridden in streets and highways only. Its not like we are gonna tour always in Offroadiin. It's the intent of KTM for launching ADV 390 X at this price range, the first time ADV goers can definitely go out for this and save 60K for getting good quality riding gears and Helmets and other necessary touring mods. Also the people who is goin for AdV 250 will also consider the AdV 390 x just payin a little extra. It's the intent of KTM to want to give people atleast a shot on their 390CC engine and AdV 390 X is cheaper than Duke 390 as well, thats what every one is appreciatin on, I even saw lot of ride reviews for ADV 390X, most of the reviews came in good only, the riding experience is not that much hampered on MRF tyres. They say it gives adequate grip and decent performance. Thats more than enough in my POV. Dino's Vault, he personally owns a AdV 390 himself, his ride review for ADV 390X came out good only. Tyres are subjective, if you want you can change it to Normal ADV 390's Metzeler tyres too. The wheel sizes are almost the same.

The metzler has a more sophisticated side wall and compound which absorbs more of the rough roads 😂. Unlike some people in comment sections, I am not stupid

The number of times traction control and cornering Abs saved my arse on the road makes it a no brainer at this point in time. It is better to have and not need than to need and not have. Indian roads as you all know can be very unpredictable. But if you want something just for off-road and trails, the one without the extras would be the better option. Maybe add suspension and spoke wheels to it to make it better.

Good short review. But don't say, "sasta wala". People planning to buy Adventure X won't like that. This is the reason why Tata Nano eventually flopped. It was branded as the "cheapest car" where it should have been branded as the "most affordable car". No one likes to be associated with cheapest car or sasta wala bike.
