What a great domestic heavyweight fight last night amazing both guys. I think fabio if you had started younger you'd be even better not having the amateur background may hold you back remember the jab sets up everything basic fundamentals if you get the jab right it opens up the levels you have everything else amazing potential

Don’t forget about the old traditional ways of training, there’s a reason the heavyweights could go 15 rounds at a decent pace
It’s all manby Panby now m8 back to basics it worked well then why change it and they were better fighters then, to much bollocks time wasting, it was all done in the gym years ago

I feel like so much of new-school S&C training is completely useless. Old-school fighters could go 15 rounds easily; modern-day heavyweights gas out after 4-5 rounds.
